PURPOSE: A compound including 5-membered heterocycle is provided to improve luminous efficiency, color purity, and driving voltage remarkably. CONSTITUTION: A compound including 5-membered heterocycle is in the chemical formula 1. An organic electric device comprises an organic material layer including the compound. The organic electric device comprises a first electrode, organic layers having more than one layer, and a second electrode which are stacked in order. The organic layers are selected from a hole insert layer, a hole transport layer, a light emitting layer, electron-transport layer, and electron injection layer. A terminal comprises a display device including the organic electric device, and a control part driving the display device.
