Abstract: PURPOSE: A group communication method and an apparatus thereof are provided to successively offer group call service while a terminal moves to other base station. CONSTITUTION: A terminal MS(Mobile Station)(10) establishes a group call connection with a BS(Base Station)(21) which is belonged to a group call area. The terminal receives a group call data from the first base station. The terminal moves to a second base station(22) belonged to the group call domain. The terminal receives the group call data from the second base station without re-registering to the second base station.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A base station, mobile station, and operation method thereof are provided to offer synchronization information by effectively synchronizing a relay candidate mobile station with a mobile station which requests an emergency call. CONSTITUTION: A base station(200) recognizes an emergency situation of a neighbor base station. The base station broadcasts the emergency situation notification information of the neighbor base station to one or more mobile stations(300) within service coverage. The base station broadcasts location calculation information. The location of the mobile station is calculated based on the location calculation information. In case the mobile station is located a cell edge of a neighbor base station direction, the mobile station broadcasts an emergency situation preamble.
