According to the present invention, a method for wideband spectrum sensing using compressive sensing comprises the steps of: acquiring a sampling signal by applying a modulated wideband converter (MWC) to a received signal; and acquiring a restoration signal corresponding to the received signal by using a compressive sensing restoration algorithm from the sampling signal. A mixing signal multiplied by the received signal when applying the MWC is a signal transformed from a first mixing signal having a periodic waveform. The method includes a second mixing signal to remove a partial frequency area from the received signal through the application of the MWC.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, an energy detection apparatus enables to easily determine the type of a communications system with an energy pattern map (MAP) produced from the energy information received from an available radio frequency. The energy detection apparatus includes an energy detecting unit for detecting the energy information corresponding to an arbitrary signal received between at least one or more communications systems based on a cognitive radio (CR) technology; an energy pattern producing unit for producing the energy pattern map (MAP) for a set period of time on the basis of the energy information; and an energy determining unit for determining an arbitrary communications system which generates the arbitrary signal among the communications systems on the basis of the energy pattern map and the pattern information stored previously when arbitrary pattern information corresponding to the energy pattern map is stored.

상향 링크 전송에서 다중입력 다중출력 시스템이 사용되는 경우에 상향링크 데이터 물리 채널(PUSCH) 영역으로 제어 정보를 전송하는 방법이 개시된다. 복수의 레이어를 통하여 전송되는 다중입력 다중출력 안테나 시스템을 이용하는 시스템에서 상향링크 데이터 채널(PUSCH) 영역을 이용하여 CQI/PMI 정보를 전송하는 방법은, 하나의 채널 인코더를 이용하여 CQI/PMI 정보를 인코딩하는 단계 및 인코딩된 CQI/PMI 정보를 복수의 레이어의 일부 레이어 또는 모든 레이어를 이용하여 전송하는 단계를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 따라서, 복수의 레이어를 이용하여 PUSCH 채널 영역을 통한 상향링크 제어정보의 전송이 가능해진다.

PURPOSE: A method for communicating between a terminal and a base station based on interference alignment in a multi cell multi user multiple input multiple output (MIMO) antenna interference channel environment and a communication method using interference alignment and block successive interference pre-cancellation in a multi user MIMO interference channel are provided to perform communication by aligning interference in order to maximize signal to interference and noise ratio (SINR) and signal to leakage and noise ratio (SLNR) in the multi cell multi user MIMO antenna interference channel. CONSTITUTION: A channel matrix between antennas installed in a terminal and antennas installed in a first base station (111) and a channel matrix between the antennas installed in the terminal and antennas installed in a second base station (121) are recognized.
