Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for executing direct communication between terminals is provided to operate the successive direct communication of a portable terminal by operating the portable terminal in an infrastructure mode and a green field mode. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(20) located within a cell of a base station(10) receives signals from the base station. The terminal acquires the synchronization information of infrastructure. The terminal transmits infrastructure synchronization information to a neighbor terminal(21). Adjacent terminals transmit the synchronization information. A terminal which is far from the cell acquires the infrastructure synchronization information.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for executing direct communication between terminals is provided to change resources for the interference and operation of a green filed mode and infrastructure mode by simultaneously using a wide band and a narrow band. CONSTITUTION: A transmission terminal transmits a contention message including a multicast group ID(Identity) and resource allocation information through a contention channel(S1600). The transmission terminal acquires multicast dedicated resources on a dedicated channel(S1610). The transmission terminal transmits data through the acquired dedicated resources to a terminal corresponding to the multicast group ID in a multicast type or a broadcast type(S1620). The transmission terminal releases the dedicated resources(S1630).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A base station, mobile station, and operation method thereof are provided to offer synchronization information by effectively synchronizing a relay candidate mobile station with a mobile station which requests an emergency call. CONSTITUTION: A base station(200) recognizes an emergency situation of a neighbor base station. The base station broadcasts the emergency situation notification information of the neighbor base station to one or more mobile stations(300) within service coverage. The base station broadcasts location calculation information. The location of the mobile station is calculated based on the location calculation information. In case the mobile station is located a cell edge of a neighbor base station direction, the mobile station broadcasts an emergency situation preamble.
