Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for the continuous impregnation of wood elements, such as wood chips. The method comprises the subsequent steps of subjecting the wood elements to vacuum, to contact with acetylation fluid, and to impregnation pressure. Preferably, the process is conducted in a plant having conveyors, such as transportation screws, in suitable positions between the zones in which the subsequent process steps are conducted. The impregnation method is used in connection with the acetylation of the wood elements, and preferably is followed by a continuous acetylation process conducted in an acetylation reaction zone downstream of the zone where the impregnation is conducted.

The reactor includes a supply line (120) for supplying water and gas, a thermoelectric element assembly (130), a front panel (140) provided with a window for observation, and a housing (110) to which the thermoelectric element assembly and the front panel are attached. The housing is connected to the supply line so that water and gas is supplied into the housing through the supply line to form a gas hydrate in the housing.

A reservoir is supported by a base in a vertical position. A reciprocating member is positioned in the reservoir forming an internal chamber. The chamber receives growth factor starting material through an inlet in the reciprocating member. After the inlet is sealed, the reciprocating member increases the volume of the chamber to apply negative pressure to the growth factor starting material within to produce activated growth factors. The activated growth factors are extracted from the chamber through an outlet in the reciprocating member. Optionally, the growth factor starting material is held in the chamber to separate into fractions.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Synthese von Produktmolekülen, wobei mit Hilfe eines Pulsformers geformte ultrakurze Laserpulse erzeugt werden und ein Gas, das Eduktmoleküle enthält, auf eine Oberfläche geleitet wird, auf der die Eduktmoleküle zumindest teilweise adsorbiert werden, wobei die geformten ultrakurzen Laserpulse auf die Oberfläche gelenkt werden, um einen Reaktionsverlauf zur Synthese der Produktmoleküle aus auf der Oberfläche adsorbierten Edukten zu steuern.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Vakuumerzeugung und Abscheidung von flüchtigen Verbindungen bei Umesterungs-, Veresterungs- und/oder Polykondensationsreaktionen, wobei an einen zu evakuierenden Reaktor saugseitig ein oder mehrere Dampfstrahler mit je einem vor- und/oder nachgeschalteten Sprühkondensator angeschlossen sind und als Treibdampf Phenol oder phenolhaltiger Dampf mit einem Druck von 0,5 hPa bis etwa 1,5 MPa und als Sprühmittel flüssiges Phenol oder eine phenolhaltige Flüssigkeit eingesetzt werden.
