Abstract:
A spray gun with pressure display for applying paint onto a painted object by atomizing the paint with compressed air, wherein, as a pressure indicating device capable of accurately indicating a pressure at hand where the spray gun is operated, a digitally displayed pressure indication module having a pressure sensor (25), a pressure transducer part (24), and a display part (27) unitized with each other is detachably installed on a spray gun body, and adopters (21, 22) without a pressure indication function are detachably fitted to tie spray gun body according to the shape of a body grip part so that the presence or absence of the pressure indication function can be selected before use, whereby the spray gun can be used under controlled conditions by allowing a worker to detect an air pressure at hand during spraying operation since the spraying air pressure largely affects paint finish as well as dispersion of atomized paint.
Abstract:
A standing device for a spray gun includes a clamping device a clamping device adapted to clamp a neck portion of the spray gun and including a first block and a second block abutting each other to form a clamping space adapted to receive the neck portion of the spray gun. A support rack pivotally connected to the clamping device. The support rack is made of a wire material by integral bending such that the support rack providing an elasticity to make the first block and the second block abutting each other.
Abstract:
An air spray device includes a barrel with a passage therein, a valve body disposed in the passage and actuated to move to permit fluid communication between an inlet and an outlet of the passage, spray tube with a first tube portion connected to the outlet, and a second tube portion telescopically fitted in the first tube portion, and a nozzle portion which is disposed outwardly of the second tube portion to generate a compressed air stream for removing dust from an object. Retaining members are disposed in the spray tube for retaining the spray tube in one of stretched and retracted positions. By the telescopic spray tube, the dust to be removed will not fly over the user, and the air spray device is convenient to store.
Abstract:
An adjustable air pressure valve for placement in a compressed air hose. Positioning a knob determines the pressure exerted by a spring on a valve member which allows air above a predetermined pressure to escape from the hose to the atmosphere. The knob is incrementally moveable to provide incremental pressure changes.
Abstract:
A connector system for a liquid container system for a spray gun includes a lid that includes a liquid outlet and an adapter. The adapter includes a spray gun end and a lid end. The ends are connected with a liquid-tight passageway. Further, the spray gun end is adapted for releasable engagement with a liquid inlet port of the spray gun and the lid end is adapted for releasable engagement with the liquid outlet. The connector system also includes a plurality of interlocking tab assemblies for releasably attaching the adapter to the lid. Each assembly includes a first tab and a second tab, wherein an end of the first tab is adapted to secure the adapter to the lid when the first tab and the second tab are interlocked.
Abstract:
An adapter (14) allows direct connection of a handheld spray device (10) to paint cans (12, 12A, 12B, 12C), of varying dimensions. The adapter (14) includes a cage (60) for holding the paint can (12, 12A, 12B, 12C), a cap (62) that connects the cage (60) to the handheld spray device (10), and a gasket (64) that seals the open upper end of the paint can (12, 12A, 12B, 12C) to the cap (62). The adapter (14) may also include a suction tube extension 66 that is connectable between the pump inlet (52) and the suction tube (54) of the spray device (10).
Abstract:
A device for applying a mixed component includes first and second receptacles configured to receive first and second components, respectively, a static mixing nozzle, an applicator and an operating member. The static mixing nozzle includes a plurality of mixing elements, has a first end and a second end, and is in fluid communication with the first and second receptacles. The applicator includes a spray tip and an input for pressurized fluid, the spray tip is disposed downstream of the second end of the static mixing nozzle and is in fluid communication with the static mixing nozzle. The operating member is disposed on the applicator and is configured to control the pressurized fluid.
