The present invention relates to a solution for allocating an elevator car in an elevator system. In the solution a destination call is received from a user and an elevator car is allocated to the user on the basis of the destination call received. The invention is characterized in that in conjunction with a destination call a categorization expression is received from the user, and in that the categorization expression given by the user is taken into account in allocating an elevator car.

An electrical or electromechanical installation includes a central processor for controlling operation of the electrical or electromechanical installation, a computer communicatively coupled to the central processor to output a control signal to the central processor, and a first video camera communicatively coupled to the computer to output an image signal to the computer. The computer has a memory storing computer instructions to determine facial characteristics from a person's face data comprised in the image signal, to categorizing the facial characteristics into at least one of predefined emotion categories, and to generate a control signal corresponding to the at least one of predefined emotion categories. The central controller operates the electrical or electromechanical installation in accordance with one of several operational modes, wherein the one of several operational modes is selected as a function of the control signal.

A passenger conveyance special loading system includes a depth-sensing sensor (162) for capturing depth map data of objects within a field of view. A processing module (166) in communication with the depth-sensing sensor (162) receives the depth map data, the processing module (166) uses the depth map data to calculate passenger data associated with an object to determine a special loading condition. A passenger conveyance controller (32) receives the passenger data from the processing module (166), the passenger conveyance controller (172) controls a passenger conveyance dispatch control function in response to the special loading condition.
Abstract:
In an elevator system which enables a subset of a plurality of elevators under group supervisory control to be switched to exclusive operations, it becomes possible to prevent a decrease in the operation efficiency of the whole system and to perform switchovers to exclusive operations quickly. For this purpose, the elevator system is provided with a call registration device with which an elevator user registers his or her destination floor before getting in a car and an exclusive operation switchover device which sends a switchover request in order to switch a subset of the plurality of elevators to exclusive operations. Upon receipt of the switchover request from the exclusive operation switchover device, service time for destination calls which have already been registered by the call registration device is computed regarding the subset of the elevators. On the basis of the computed service time, services for some of the destination calls is performed in a range not exceeding a prescribed threshold value and switching the subset of the elevators to exclusive operations is performed without performing services for the remaining destination calls.

PURPOSE: An automatic operating device for communicating with a wheel chair and a method thereof are provided to manipulate an elevator using a manipulation button arranged in a wheel chair so that disabled persons can conveniently move to destinations using the elevator without inconvenience of manipulation. CONSTITUTION: An automatic operating device for communicating with a wheel chair(100) comprises a signal transceiving part(101), a door detecting part(104), a control part(103), and a rotating part(106). The signal transceiving part receives destination data from a wheel chair(200). The door detecting part detects the movement of the wheel chair to detect whether the wheel chair completely enters into the elevator or not. If the result detecting from the door detecting part is that the wheel chair completely enters into the elevator, the elevator moves to the destination corresponding to the destination data transmitted through the signal transceiving part. The rotating part rotates the wheel chair in case that the elevator arrives at the destination.

An elevator system capable of prevent unpleasant riding with other passengers in an elevator. The elevator system has a personal ID processing device (10) for transmitting a personal ID according to an elevator user, an attribute data storage section (25) for previously storing attribute data corresponding to the personal ID, and an elevator control device (20) for receiving the personal ID from the personal ID processing device (10), taking out attribute data corresponding to the received personal ID from the attribute data storage section (25), and performing elevator control based on elevator call allocation according to the attribute data.

An elevator calling operation system comprises: an elevator control apparatus (200), and a wrist-wearable smart device (100) wirelessly connected to the elevator control apparatus (200). The wrist-wearable smart device (100) comprises an identity identification module (110) which stores identity identification information about a passenger, and a motion sensor (120) which is used for acquiring elevator calling motion information about the passenger performing an elevator calling operation. The wrist-wearable smart device (100) transmits the elevator calling motion information, in association with the identity identification information, to the elevator control apparatus (200). The elevator control apparatus (200) comprises: a passenger identity recognition module (210) and an elevator calling operation recognition module (220), the elevator calling operation recognition module (220) used for recognizing the elevator calling operation of the passenger according to the elevator calling motion information from the motion sensor (120), so as to make an elevator calling request for the elevator calling operation correspond to the recognized passenger identity information. This can achieve more convenient and faster elevator calling operations and has high intelligence and good passenger experience.
