심플한 구조로 가공이 용이하고, 도어 개방 및 닫힘 시 각각 오일을 안내하는 독립된 유압회로를 구비하여 동작 안정성을 확보할 수 있는 자동 도어 클로우저 유닛이 개시된다. 상기 자동 도어 클로우저 유닛은 통 형상의 메인 하우징, 메인 하우징을 상부 및 하부 챔버로 구획하며 내측에 오일이 장입되고 고정베인이 중앙으로 돌출된 댐퍼 하우징, 메인 하우징의 상부에 고정 결합되는 커버, 일단이 커버를 통하여 외부로 연장됨과 동시에 회전 가능하게 지지되고 타단이 댐퍼 하우징을 통하여 메인 하우징의 하단면에 회전 가능하게 지지되는 가동샤프트, 가동샤프트의 외주부에 일체로 형성되어 고정베인과 함께 댐퍼 하우징 내부를 제1 및 제2 챔버로 구획하는 가동베인, 도어의 닫힘시에 가동샤프트를 초기설정위치로 복원시키기 위한 복원력을 제공하는 리턴스프링, 및 가동샤프트와 가동베인이 도어의 닫힘 방향으로 회전하는 경우에 선택적으로 댐핑 기능을 제공하는 댐핑수단을 포함한다.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Ventil (1) für einen Türschliesser, welches in einem Zylinder oder einem Gehäuse (6) eines Türschliessers eingesetzt ist, dessen Ventilstift (2) mittels eines Aussengewindes (5) mit einem Innengewinde (7) des Zylinders oder des Gehäuses (6) des Türschliessers verschraubt ist. Die Erfindung richtet sich darauf, dass zwischen dem Ventilstift (2) und dem Zylinder oder Gehäuse des Türschliessers eine das Aussengewinde (5) des Ventilstiftes (2) gegen das Innengewinde (7) des Zylinders oder des Gehäuses sperrende Verdrehsicherung (11) angeordnet ist.

A door closer comprising: (a) a housing for fitting into a door, the housing having a mounting plate with an opening adjacent to a central bore of the housing; (b) a tension member extending longitudinally within the central bore of the housing and extending outwardly of the housing through the opening to define an end thereof for fitting to a door frame; (c) a movable body within the housing and adapted for longitudinal movement within the central bore, the movable body being connected to the tension member; (d) a spring within the housing and biasing the movable body in a first direction away from the mounting plate so as to urge the tension member inwardly of the housing in a door closing motion; (e) a hydraulic damping assembly for damping the longitudinal movement of the movable body at least in the first direction, the hydraulic damping assembly being disposed within the central bore of the housing; and (f) an adjuster of the hydraulic damping assembly, for adjusting the damping rate of the longitudinal movement of the movable body at least in the first direction, the adjuster comprising a rotatable threaded valve member of a fluid bypass valve located at an end of the hydraulic damping assembly which faces the opening in the mounting plate, and an end member for retaining the valve member captive in the adjuster.

The invention relates to a regulating valve, which is attachable, in particular in a bore of a hydraulic door closer, executed with a female thread. The regulating valve has a body, adjoined by a regulating area, and a thread provided with an anti-rotation means. The thread with the anti-rotation element can be screwed into the female thread of the bore of the hydraulic door closer. In order to provide a regulating valve with a simple design while excluding unwanted adjustment of the regulating valve during the operation, the anti-rotation means includes a raised area, which can cooperate with the bore or the female thread of the door closer.

A counterbalance assembly for an appliance hinge has a base including first and second spaced-apart side walls and a transverse face wall. A channel is located between the first and second side walls. First and second notch portions are respectively located in the first and second side walls. A rotating cam is supported on the base and has a camshaft that extends between the side walls and that is adapted for rotation about an axis of rotation, a first end located in the first notch portion and a second end located in the second notch portion. A biasing spring has an inner end engaged with the base and an outer end spaced from the base. A spring rod includes an outer end operatively coupled to the spring and an inner end operatively coupled to the lever. The lever also pivotally connects to the lobe of the cam. A damper assembly is connected to the base and having a piston which is moved between a first position and a second position by the lever contacting the piston. The piston in turn compresses fluid in the damper assembly thus dampening movement of the lid hinge.

The second rail is slidably located between the two sidewalls of the first rail. The stop member is fixed to the connection wall and has a stop plate which is perpendicular to the connection wall. The friction member is fixed to the second rail and has an extension portion. The extension portion has a guide face. When the second rail is moved relative to the first rail after the friction member touches the stop plate and overlaps the stop member by the guide face, the friction member is slidably and flexibly in contact with the stop plate.
