스캔장치 및 이를 구비한 복합 화상형성기기가 제공된다. 이때의 스캔장치는 프레임과, 프레임의 상부에 마련되며 원고가 놓여지는 원고대와, 원고대의 하측에서 일정구간 왕복이동되며 원고의 화상을 스캔하는 스캔유닛과, 스캔유닛의 하부에서 스캔유닛을 지지하는 스캔유닛홀더와, 스캔유닛홀더에 고정되어 스캔유닛홀더를 일정구간 왕복 이동시켜주는 타이밍벨트와, 스캔유닛홀더에 끼워지며 스캔유닛홀더가 일정구간 왕복될 시 스캔유닛홀더의 이동경로를 가이드하도록 프레임에 일체로 형성된 가이드레일 및, 스캔유닛홀더가 가이드레일을 따라 왕복 이동되도록 타이밍벨트를 일방향 및 타방향으로 회전시켜주는 벨트회전유닛을 포함한다. 따라서, 제공된 스캔장치 및 이를 구비한 복합 화상형성기기에 따르면, 스캔유닛홀더의 이동경로를 가이드하는 가이드레일이 프레임에 일체로 형성되기 때문에 종래와 같이 다수의 복합 화상형성기기를 제작할 때마다 매번 가이드축을 프레임에 고정시켜야 하는 번거로움을 미연에 해결할 수 있다. 스캔, 프레임

본 발명은 평판덮개 잠금유닛를 갖는 스캔장치에 관한 것으로서, 내부에 스캔작업을 제어하는 스캔장치 제어부를 구비하는 본체와; 상기 본체에 마련되어 복사하거나 스캔할 원고가 놓여지는 유리평판과; 상기 본체에 일측이 힌지결합되어 상기 유리평판을 개폐하는 평판덮개; 및 상기 평판덮개가 상기 유리평판을 덮은 상태에서 선택적으로 잠그는 잠금유닛;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면 스캔장치가 스캔작업중일 경우 실수로 또는 타인이 스캔장치 덮개를 열지 못하게 하여 원할한 스캔작업을 할 수 있으며, 또한 네트워크를 이용한 스캔작업을 할 때 보안성을 필요로 하는 원고인 경우 타인이 함부로 열지 못하게 하여 문서의 보안성을 보장받는 효과가 있다.

A multifunction device having a pressure feed roller opposite a scanner that advances a sheet while holding it against the scanning glass and avoids sheets being caught by the pressure feed roller and prevents jams and shifts in the feed pitch using a retraction mechanism. The multifunction device 10 has a transportation path 15 for guiding the check P. Located along the transportation path 15 are print heads 21, 23 for printing on the check P, a scanner head 25 for scanning the printed side of the check P, scanner feed rollers 26 for advancing while pressing the check P against the scanner head 25, and a roller retraction mechanism 32 for retracting the scanner feed rollers 26 from the scanner head 25 to open the transportation path 15.

A reading apparatus includes a reading unit and a shaft along which the reading unit slides. The reading unit includes a reading portion for reading an image, a holding portion that holds the reading portion. The holding portion has a first surface. The reading unit further includes a sliding portion that moves in contact with the shaft. The sliding portion has a second surface facing the first surface. A first region is provided between the first surface of the holding portion and the second surface of the sliding portion so as to form a predetermined gap which reduces the transmission of vibrations from the shaft to the reading unit.

The printing platform (20, 20a, 20b) and the scanning and driving module (40, 40a, 40b) are disposed on the bottom plate (11, 11a, 11b). The printing platform (20, 20a, 20b) includes a slide track (21, 21 a, 21b) and a movable printing substrate (22). The scanning and driving module (40, 40a, 40b) and the slide track (21, 21a, 21b) are staggeredly disposed such that the scanning and driving module (40, 40a, 40b) and the slide track (21, 21a, 21b) do not interfere with the movement of the printing substrate (22).
