Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive that realizes both of contradictory properties of enhanced pressure-sensitive adhesive force and ready peelability, suppresses scattering of electronic components on dicing and exhibits large effects for suppressing static electricity when an electronic component is picked up, a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet obtained using the same and a manufacturing method of electronic components using the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises an elastomer having a halogen-containing monomer unit. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is obtained using the same. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is suitably employed as a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet that is pasted on the back surface of a piece of a plate when an electronic component aggregate comprising a plurality of electronic components formed on the plate is divided by dicing to give the separate electronic component. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer composition for a fluorinated elastomer or a fluorinated gel. SOLUTION: The primer composition comprises 100 pts. mass of (a) a linear perfluoropolyether compound having at least two alkenyl groups per molecule and having a perfluoropolyether structure in the main chain, (b) a fluorine-containing organosiloxane compound having at least two SiH bonds per molecule, in such an amount that a ratio (SiH/alkenyl) of the SiH bond in the organosiloxane compound to the alkenyl group in the component (a) ranges from 0.8 to 5.0, (c) a hydrosilylation catalyst, (d) 5 to 100 pts. mass organosiloxane compound having, per molecule, at least one epoxy group and/or at least one trialkoxysilyl group bonded to a silicon atom of the organosiloxane via an organic group, and (e) an organic solvent containing a fluorine atom and having ≤150°C boiling point at atmospheric pressure in an amount of 100 to 10,000 pts. mass, based on total 100 pts. mass total components (a), (b), (c) and (d). Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the title composition which can give a self-extingushing resin film and excels in an effect of imparting flame retardancy, etc., by mixing an aqueous resin emulsion containing a specified amount of halogen atoms in the resin component with an aqueous resin emulsion containing a flame retardancy potentiator in a specified mixing ratio. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous resin emulsion (A) containing 20-60wt.% Cl atoms and/or Br atoms in the nonvolatile component resin (e.g. aqueous emulsion of a vinylidene chloride/methyl methacrylate copolymer) and an aqueous resin emulsion (B) (e.g. aqueous emulsion of methyl methacrylate/butyl acrylate copolymer) containing a flame retardancy poteniator (e.g. dibenzylbenzene) are prepared. 100 pts.wt. (in terms of solid matter) component A is mixed with 3-50 pts.wt. (in terms of solid matter) component B to produce an aqueous resin emulsion composition for imparting flame retardancy.

PURPOSE:To obtain an adhesive composition exhibiting an excellent adhesion in bonding a rubber to a metal and no significant lowering in adhesion even after heat deterioration, by incorporating a dithiocarbamate and a petroleum resin in principal agent for adhesive comprising a chlorinated polymer as a main component. CONSTITUTION:In a main component comprising a chlorinated polymer such as a chlorinated polypropylene, a vinyl chloride elastomer, etc. are incorporated carbon black, a crosslinking agent, etc. to obtain a principal agent for adhesive. 100pts.wt. (on a solid basis) principal agent for adhesive is mixed with 2-20pts. wt. dithiocarbamate (e.g.: nickel dibutyldithiocarbamate or nickel di ethyldithiocarbamate) and 100pts.wt. or less petroleum resin to obtain an intended adhesive composition. The petroleum resin is an adhesive resin compris ing a polymer of styrene, vinyltoluene, etc., and containing an aromatic hydrocar bon and a polycyclic hydrocarbon as a main component.
