Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for extracting schisandra, which adds 10-200 ml of distilled water per 50 g of schisandra, mixes the same at 30-60°C for 1-3 hours, puts the same into an extractor, and extracts the schisandra at 30-60°C for 2-6 hours, thereby obtaining schisandra of which the original color is maintained without using sugar and which contains rich dietary fiber.
