PURPOSE: A router using energy-saving information and a routing method for the same are provided to smoothly transfer traffic regardless of neighbor routers. CONSTITUTION: A routing method for a router comprises: a step of generating routing information(401); a step of selecting routing information corresponding to the operation request among the routing information according to the operation request(403); and a step of using the selected routing information to traffic transmission(405).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A gateway of a GMPLS(Generalized Multi-Protocol Label Switching) non-support network and operation method thereof are provided to reduce network upgrade costs by including a resource reservation protocol signaling unit. CONSTITUTION: A boundary route protocol routing unit(730) exchanges routing information between a first GMPLS support network and a third GMPLS support network by using a boundary route protocol. A resource reservation protocol signaling unit(710) searches routes of other networks by referring to the route information. The resource reservation protocol signaling unit executes an inter-network signaling procedure through a signaling interface and the first or the third GMPLS support network.

복수의 단말이 접속하는 네트워크를 통하여 적어도 하나의 가상랜을 제어하기 위한 가상랜 제어 시스템은 단말, 가상랜 스위치 및 가상랜 제어부를 포함한다. 단말은 네트워크에 접속하기 위해 고유의 식별자 주소를 갖고 있거나 또는 가상랜 스위치에 연결된 외부 장치를 통해 고유의 식별자 주소를 전달받는다. 가상랜 스위치는 네트워크를 통해 적어도 하나의 가상랜을 설정하여 제공한다. 가상랜 제어부는 단말이 접속하여 가상랜의 변경을 요청하는 경우, 단말이 속한 가상랜에서 다른 가상랜으로 설정을 변경할 수 있도록 단말에 가상랜 변경 권한을 부여한다.

PURPOSE: A path control management system and path setting method using the same are provided to reduce time for setting a path between a network and a domain and to reduce a maintenance cost. CONSTITUTION: A transceiver(130) receives information of a second connection node that connects a first domain from a path control management system of a second domain. A path setting unit(140) sets up a path of a first domain in a connection control method. The path setting unit sets up a path of a second domain from the path. The path setting unit connects a first connection node and a second connection node.

PURPOSE: A communication control system and a method thereof controlling a communication path or a routing of a communication network and an operation of a communication device are provided to reduce power usage amount of a communication network by controlling the operation state of an unnecessary device. CONSTITUTION: An energy efficiency monitoring unit(100) calculates energy efficiency of a communication device through collecting quantity of traffic consumed and quantity of power consumed of a communication equipment in a communication network. According to a calculated energy efficiency, a device control unit(110) controls operation of a communication device in the communication network. According to operation control of a communication device, a communication network control unit(120) controls routing or a communication path of a communication network.
