본 발명에 따른 방법에 따라서 플라스틱슬라이드층의 제조를 위해 무엇보다도 페이스트가 플라스틱분산물과 충진재로부터 만들어진다. 상기 페이스트는 유기용매를 포함하지 않으며, 소결된 다공성 금속층에 도포된다. 생산된 다층재료는 그다음 소결된다. 유기용매가 사용되지 않으므로 건강상의 위험과 화재의 위험이 경감된다. 더구나 본 발명에 따라 제조된 복합재료는 뛰어난 공동화 내성을 보인다. 베어링과 같이 종래의 윤활제가 없는 적용에 추가하여 이들 복합재료들은 특히 기어펌프 및 충격흡수기에서 결과적으로 사용될 수 있다.
Abstract:
A wire rod is payed out from a pay-off stand and descaled in a descaling process. After preheating to a predetermined temperature by a preheating device, it is subjected to a lubrication pretreatment through a zinc calcium phosphate solution applied with ultrasonic wave in the lubrication pretreatment process. After rinsing process, the lubrication-pretreated wire rod is coated with a calcium stearate or a sodium stearate in lubricating process. Thereafter, the wire rod is dried sufficiently in drying process, and then added with a predies lubricant in wire drawing process and coiled by a coiler.

The nanosheets are useful in improving efficiency and lifetime of machinery, saving energy for mechanical operations, and optimizing manufacturing processes in surface engineering.

A high-temperature lubricant for the hot processing of metals comprising a mixture of fine-powder materials. To provide a high-temperature lubricant having good trickle and flow characteristics for dissolving scale on heated metal surfaces, which applied in powder form permits good coverage of the metal surface and which even after prolonged storage under production conditions still has good trickle and flow characteristics without severe lump formation and which avoids the use of graphite, in accordance with the invention it is proposed that the mixture includes at least the following constituents (a) a secondary and/or tertiary calcium phosphate compound, (b) a fatty acid or a fatty acid salt, (c) boric acid, a boric acid salt (borate) and/or a mineral containing boric acid salt (borate), and (d) condensed alkali metal phosphates, and wherein the constituents of the mixture have a mean grain size of ≦150 μm and the lubricant does not contain any addition of graphite.

The invention provides a lube oil which exhibits low vapor pressure despite having low viscosity, is non-flammable, exhibits excellent heat resistance, has tribological characteristics equivalent to those of conventional hydrocarbon-based lube oils, and can be used for a long time under very severe conditions such as high temperature and vacuum.The lube oil contains, as a base oil, an ionic liquid formed of a cation and an anion and having an ion concentration of 1 mol/dm3 or more.

A lubricant composition is disclosed comprising a superabsorbent polymer combined with a material for decreasing friction between moving surfaces. The superabsorbent polymer absorbs from about 25 to greater than 100 times its weight in water and may comprise a polymer of acrylic acid, an acrylic ester, acrylonitrile or acrylamide, including co-polymers thereof or starch graft co-polymers thereof or mixtures thereof. In the composition, the material for decreasing friction comprises a petroleum lubricant containing an additive, water containing an additive, synthetic lubricant, grease, solid lubricant or metal working lubricant, wherein the synthetic lubricant, grease, solid lubricant or metal working lubricant optionally contain an additive. A method of lubricating a surface is also disclaosed comprising coating said surface with the lubricating composition comprising the superabsorbent polymer combined with a material for decreasing friction between moving surfaces, wherein the material for decreasing friction comprises a petroleum lubricant, water, synthetic lubricant, grease, solid lubricant or metal working lubricant, and optionally an additive.

Particles each of which consists of an inorganic polyvalent metal compound as a nucleus and a coating of a metallic soap of the polyvalent metal coating the nucleus (coated particles); products and preparation processes using the particles; a lubricating coating forming agent wherein particles each of which consists of a polyvalent metal salt of phosphoric acid as a nucleus and a coating of a metallic soap of the polyvalent metal coating the surface of the nucleus are suspended in an aqueous solution of a water soluble inorganic salt and/or a water soluble organic acid salt; and a lubricating coating. The coated particles are novel particles which can be used as an ingredient of coating-type lubricating coating; are excellent in seizure resistance; can inhibit wear of tools at the time of plastic working since the friction coefficient of the surface of the particles is low; and are slow to cause pollution of working oils. Lubricating coating obtained by applying the lubricating coating forming agent onto the surface of a metallic material gives excellent cold plastic working properties, namely lubricity and seizure resistance to the metallic material.

A process is disclosed for manufacturing a lubricant composition comprising combining a superabsorbent polymer with a material for decreasing friction between moving surfaces. A product produced by the process includes the material for decreasing friction comprising a petroleum lubricant containing an additive, water containing an additive, synthetic lubricant, grease, solid lubricant or metal working lubricant, wherein the synthetic lubricant, grease, solid lubricant or metal working lubricant optionally contain an additive. A process comprising controlling the delivery of a lubricant to at least one of two moving surfaces in order to decrease friction between said moving surfaces, is also disclosed. This process includes applying the lubricant composition to at least one of the surfaces. The lubricant composition in this instance comprises a superabsorbent polymer combined with a material for decreasing friction between moving surfaces, wherein the material for decreasing friction comprises a petroleum lubricant, water, synthetic lubricant, grease, solid lubricant or metal working lubricant, and optionally an additive.
