Abstract: An Enterobius vermicularis detection system is provided comprising a sample substrate, a sample disposed upon the sample substrate, and a personal computing device comprising an imaging device for acquiring one or more digital images of the sample substrate. The personal computing device may operate a digital interface allowing the acquired one or more digital images to be uploaded to one or more analysis computation servers. The one or more analysis computation servers may execute an analysis process upon the uploaded one or more digital images allowing determination of a presence of one or more Enterobius vermicularis eggs within the sample. The analysis process may output a first confidence interval value representing a likelihood of the presence of one or more Enterobius vermicularis eggs within the sample. The one or more analysis computation servers may communicate the first confidence interval value to the personal electronic device.

Abstract: Methods for characterizing fluids from a patient. A time series of images of a conduit are received, and a conduit image region in the images is identified. The conduit image region may include a shallow section and/or a deep section. The shallow section includes a dimension of the conduit along an optical axis of the camera such that opacity of the fluids from redness associated with red blood cells or hemoglobin is limited to permit pixel color visualization in the images. The deep section includes a dimension is along the optical axis such that the redness provides a minimum opacity to permit the pixel color visualization. A concentration of a blood component of the fluids is determined based on the pixel color visualization. A volume of blood passing through the conduit is estimated based on the estimated concentration of the blood component and an estimated volumetric flow rate.

Abstract: Provided is a method for searching for a whole slide image performed by a computer device, which relate to the field of artificial intelligence. The method includes: cropping a whole slide image into a plurality of tissue images; generating, through an image encoder, image feature vectors respectively corresponding to the plurality of tissue images; clustering the image feature vectors respectively corresponding to the plurality of tissue images, to determine at least one key image from the plurality of tissue images; querying, based on image feature vectors respectively corresponding to the at least one key image, a database to obtain at least one target image package corresponding to the at least one key image; and determining a whole slide image to which at least one candidate tissue image comprised in the at least one target image package respectively belongs as a final search result.

Abstract: A method for processing fluorescent image guided surgical or diagnostics imagery. The method including: capturing non-fluorescent images and fluorescent images of an operating field in which at least one fluorescent dye is present with a surgical or diagnostics imaging device, processing the fluorescent images with respect to brightness and coloring, generating composite images by overlaying the fluorescent images over the non-fluorescent images. Wherein the processing of the fluorescent images includes inputting the fluorescent images into at least one artificial intelligence model trained on one or more of fluorescent still images and fluorescent video images to identify one or more types of structures by fluorescent dye emission. The method further includes performing color coding of the fluorescent images by coloring fluorescent parts of the fluorescent images with pre-determined false colors assigned to different types of structures according to the respective one or more identified types of structures.

Abstract: A system and method for delivering diagnostic information to a user in an automated manner. An image processing module reads magnified raw image data from whole slides containing tissue cells. A background deletion process identifies and isolates cell images. A neural network, which is trained based upon image data, classifies the cell images. The classification uses specialist criteria to categorize/segment the cell images into a plurality of discrete cell types. A display process provides the diagnostic information to the user. The neural network can be trained using a plurality of cell types each having the specialist criteria. The diagnostic information includes filtered and/or reorganized images of the tissue cells. Additionally, the user can request the diagnostic information based upon an account that provides payment according to a predetermined formula associated with at least one of a type, format, and timing of information delivered to the user.

In particular, the present invention proposes a method for image processing, using an inference model, a computer-readable surface representation of an individual's intra-oral tissue to provide a full three-dimensional representation of the intra-oral tissue.
