A split core (12) of the invention is formed from a plurality of magnetic steel sheets that are stacked in a thickness direction and joined together by crimping, and that when provided in plurality, forms a stator core by being arranged in a circle. This split core (12) includes a yoke (14) that extends in a circumferential direction; a tooth (16) that extends radially inward from an inner peripheral side end portion of the yoke (14); and an abutting portion (18) that is formed on a joining surface of the yoke (14) that joins with a yoke (14) of another adjacent split core (12). A radial crimping portion (20a) that is longer in a radial direction and is positioned to an outer peripheral side of a maximum outer radius (R) of the abutting portion (18), and that is crimped to a crimping portion (20a) of another magnetic steel sheet, is provided on each of the magnetic steel sheets.

A laminated core for motors, which suppresses vibration of core plates responsible for motor noises at low cost, a method of manufacturing the same, a motor provided therein with the laminated core, and an ink jet recording device provided therein with the motor. A laminated core (1) for motors which comprises a plurality of core pieces (10) laminated on one another and magnetic poles (13) provided with surface irreguralities which comprise mountain portions (13a) and recessed portions (13b) alternately formed along a direction of rotation of a motor, wherein fused portions (31) for fixing the core pieces (10) together are provided on surfaces of those ones of the recessed portions (13b) which are formed in the vicinity of centers in the direction of rotation in the magnetic poles (13). The fused portions (31) are continuously provided in a direction, along which the core pieces (10) are laminated, and are formed by fusing surfaces of the recessed portions (13b). The respective core pieces (10) are fixed to one another on the surfaces of the magnetic poles (13) by the fused portions (31).

L'invention porte principalement sur un stator (9) de machine électrique tournante, notamment destinée à un compresseur électrique pour véhicule automobile, ledit stator (9) comportant un corps (16) ayant : -une culasse (28), -une pluralité de dents (27) réparties angulairement sur une périphérie interne de ladite culasse (28), -un bobinage (17) comportant une pluralité de bobines (50), chaque bobine (50) étant formée par un fil (51) enroulé autour d'une dent (27), caractérisé en ce qu'un ratio entre un diamètre d'une portion conductrice dudit fil (51) et un diamètre interne dudit stator (9), est compris entre 3et 10%.

Es wird eine Baueinheit (12) für eine elektrische Maschine (10) beschrieben, welche ein ringförmiges Blechpaket (16) umfasst, das aus einer Vielzahl von axial gestapelten Blechlamellen (17) gebildet ist, wobei das Blechpaket (16) mit einem inneren oder äußeren zylindrischen Befestigungsabschnitt (16c) an einem zylindrischen Aufnahmeabschnitt (22a) eines Trägerelements (22) festgelegt ist und wobei das Trägerelement (22) zwei Anschläge (22b, 22c) aufweist, zwischen denen das Blechpaket (16) axial kraftschlüssig verspannt ist. Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass zumindest einer der Anschläge (22c) ein ringförmiges Stützelement (24) umfasst, welches an dem Aufnahmeabschnitt (22a) angeordnet ist und das Blechpaket (16) abstützt und welches mittels zumindest eines Verstemmbereichs (26) an dem Trägerelement (22) festgelegt ist.
