    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To softly bake a rice cake by microwave heating in a state where the rice cake becomes soft without irregularly blowing up and is savory by browning, and to provide the delicious baked rice cake in a short time.
    SOLUTION: The rice cake 9 is covered by a shielding member 1 through which the microwave does not pass, and a transmission part 2 through which the microwave is transmitted, is mounted on the microwave shielding member 1.
