Abstract:
Lifting device (1) for a conveyer system, comprising a housing (2) and a lift head (14), where the lift head (14) is adapted to hold a pallet (5). The lifting device (1) comprises a linear actuator (10) attached to a lift (14), said linear actuator (109) is adapted to lift a pallet (5) from a first, low position at the conveyor track to a second, raised position that is substantially vertical above the first position. The application also refers to a conveyer system and a method for lifting objects.
Abstract:
An arrangement and a method for guide rail adjustment on a conveyor, the arrangement comprising a set of guide rails, a set of mounting elements, which each support at least one moveably suspended guide rail, and means for simultaneous individual adjustment of said set of mounting elements, the means permitting simultaneous adjustment of the position of the guide rails moveably supported by the mounting elements.
Abstract:
A variable capacity store comprising a set of conveyor means superpositioned on top of and connected to each other. The conveyor means includes an endless conveyor being arranged in a generally H-shaped pattern including two parallel elongated portions and a transverse portion, which is movable along said elongated portions.
Abstract:
Work module for connection to a main conveyor line in a conveyor system, where said work module comprises a first transverse conveyor line, a longitudinal conveyor line and a second transverse conveyor line, where the first transverse conveyor line is arranged to transport goods delivered from said main conveyor line to a longitudinal conveyor line in the module, and the second transverse conveyor line is arranged to transport goods delivered from said longitudinal conveyor line to said main conveyor line, where each one of said conveyor lines in said work module comprises an outer conveyor line and an inner conveyor line.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a braking device (1) for objects which are conveyed in a conveying track (11), which device has a lateral surface (6) arranged so as to slide along side surfaces (13, 14) of the conveying track 811), and at least one support surface (5) arranged so as to slide along a bottom surface (12) of the track (11), the device (1) comprising a matrix (2) and a braking element (3) which is arranged movably in the matrix (2) and is arranged so that it can project through the lateral surface (6) through openings (7, 8, 9) arranged in the lateral surface (6), comprising a first opening (7) which is arranged in that part of the braking device (1) which, during operation, is arranged in the conveying direction of the conveying track (11) and also a second opening (8) and a third opening (9) which are arranged in parts of the braking device (1) which, during operation, are arranged essentially laterally in relation to the conveying direction, the braking element (3) being arranged so as, in the unloaded state, project through the lateral surface (6) through the first opening (7), and the braking element (3) being, in the loaded state, pressed inwards into the device (1) at said opening (7) and also pushed outwards through the lateral surface (6) in the two other openings (8, 9). The invention also relates to an arrangement and a method comprising the braking device.
Abstract:
Slide rail device for a conveyor in which a continuous conveyor chain is supported and guided on upper and lower flanges (11, 11'; 12, 12'), arranged from mutually opposing profile sides in towards the profiled centre and running parallel with the girder direction, on at least one profiled girder (10). The conveyor chain is conducted on a mutually opposing pair of slide rails (31; 27) on upper and lower flanges respectively on the profiled girder. Each slide rail has a longitudinal first section (A) of essentially U-shaped cross section and the one arm of the said U-shaped section has a longitudinal part (B) constructed in one piece with the said first section. A locking lug (34, 34a) is disposed between the said longitudinal section and part respectively and is placed such that it enters into locking engagement with a complementary part (34'; 34"), on a corresponding flange on the profiled element, when the slide rail is pressed onto the flange. In one embodiment, the slide rails (27), which are intended to be applied to mutually opposing pairs of upper flanges on the profiled element, each have an edging (26) constructed in one piece therewith and extending essentially perpendicularly to that surface of the rail which supports the chain links, around the outside of the said upper flanges.
