Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locating device for a conveyor system.SOLUTION: This locating device (1) for holding a pack in a locating position in the conveyor system, includes a base part (4), a rail section (2) and a rotary disk (3) rotatably supported by the base part (4) and having a recessed part (5). The locating device includes the locating position between the pack recessed part (5) of the rotary disk (3) and a positioning means (6) in the rail section, and the locating device includes an elastic implement (7) constituted so as to hold the pack in the locating position. This invention exhibits an advantage such that an article can be easily and cost-efficiently moved from a certain conveyor track to the other conveyor track.
Abstract:
Conveyor for light goods, and connection piece for beam sides of a conveyor. The conveyor has a first supporting guide arrangement (10) for controlling the conveyor chain (11) in an operational direction, a second guide arrangement (17) for controlling the conveyor chain in the return direction, and a deflector wheel arrangement (20) (FIG. 3) at both ends of the first and second guide arrangements. The first guide arrangement (IQ) is made upofbeam sides (10a, 10b) which between them form a space which narrows in the direction towards the second guide arrangement (17). A two-part connection piece (12) which has a wedge-shaped element (12a) fixes the position of the beam sides by means of a wedging etfect between the wedge-shaped-element of the connection piece and a complementary recess in the second element (12b) of the connection piece. A tensioning bolt (13) inserted at right angles between the plane of the conveyor chain of the guide arrangements generates said wedging effect. Between the beam sides (10a, 10b) there is a drainage gap (15), and the underside of the conveyor chain is protected against contamination by the base part of the second guide arrangement (17) shaped as a U-beam.
Abstract:
Guide rail for an easy to clean conveyor, where the guide rail is adapted to have a straight position, in which position the guide rail is adapted to support a conveyor chain, and a folded position spaced apart from the straight position, where the guide rail comprises an upper support part adapted to glidingly support a conveyor chain, and a lower attachment part adapted to attach the guide rail to a holder, where the lower attachment part is adapted to allow the guide rail to pivot in the holder between the straight position and the folded position. In this way, a guide rail that allows for an easy cleaning of a conveyor is provided for. Such conveyors are e.g. used in the food industry.
Abstract:
Conveyor beam for a conveyor system, comprising a plurality of connector elements and at least two conveyor beam elements, where the connector element comprises a central portion, two outer portions and two peripherally grooves extending peripherally around the connector element between the central portion and the outer portions, where the connector element is provided with a first inserting position in which the connector element is inserted between two conveyor beam elements with the first outer portion positioned in a channel of a first conveyor beam element and the second outer portion positioned in a channel of a second conveyor beam elements, and a second arresting position, in which the connector element locks the conveyor beam elements together to form the conveyor beam. The advantage of the invention is that a conveyor beam of any desired shape can be obtained in an easy and fast way.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and arrangement for controlling a flow of units (23) from at least one incoming track (16) to at least one outgoing track (19). The method comprises the steps of : -The incoming track (16) feeds the flow of units (23) at a first speed towards a diverter track (20) comprising a support structure (21) on which said received units rest. -The diverter track (20) further comprises a holding device (18) which holds a unit (24) and feeds it at a second speed being higher than the first speed.10 -The holding device (18) controls the second speed so that it deviates from the speed of the rest of the units (25) resting on said structure, such that a plurality of said received units are brought together and forms a group of units (26) which is fed to the outgoing track (19).
Abstract:
A conveyor chain link provided with an upper body having a carrying surface and a lower body having a front end and a rear end, where the rear end is provided with a first leg and a second leg arranged at a certain distance from each other such that the front end of a chain link fits between the first and second legs of an adjacent chain link when mounted in a conveyor chain, where, where a first protrusion of the first leg is provided with a first tab extending towards the front end and a second protrusion of the second leg is provided with a second tab extending towards the front end, where the bearing surfaces of the tabs are parallel with the carrying surface of the upper body. A conveyor chain comprising a plurality of such conveyor chain links, a drive wheel adapted for such a conveyor chain link and a conveyor system comprising such a conveyor chain are also disclosed. The advantage of the chain link is that a larger bearing surface is provided for a conveyor chain for the return path, which will reduce wear and further will reduce vibrations from the conveyor chain.
Abstract:
Carrier puck (1) for a conveyer system, comprising a circular lower body (2), and an upper body (3) attached to the lower body, and where the puck further comprises a slide ring (4)arranged in a ring groove (10) positioned above a lower contact surface (7) of the lower body (2). The advantage of the invention is that less power is required when the puck is manipulated in a conveyor system, and that wear on the puck is reduced.
Abstract:
Pallet (1) for a conveyer system, comprising a body (2) having at least one central locating aperture (10a, 10b), a first guide disc (3) with a first slide plate (9) and a second guide disc (4) with a second slide plate (10), where the pallet (1) further comprises an index plate (7; 107) having a first locating aperture (15a; 115a) and a second locating aperture (16a, 116a), where the first locating aperture (15a; 115a) and the second locating aperture (16a, 116a) are adapted to define a first and a second rest position for the pallet when interacting with a positioning pin (21, 22) in a locating module (20).
Abstract:
Pallet (1) for a conveyer system, comprising a body (2), a first guide disc (3) and a second guide disc (4) attached to the body (2), where a first slide plate (9) is mounted to the first guide disc (3) and a second slide plate (10) is mounted to the second guide disc (4), characterized in that the slide plates (9, 10) are mounted to the guide discs (3, 4) with a snap locking by means of a plurality of protrusions (11, 12, 13). The advantage of the invention is that a pallet can easily be adapted for a different use in a conveyor system.
Abstract:
Diverter disc for a conveyer system, comprising a circular outer periphery and an grip opening formed in the periphery of the diverter disc, where the grip opening is adapted to hold and divert a puck comprising a circular slide ring at the contact region and that the grip opening is shaped in a non circular 5 shape such that a plurality of discrete contact points are formed in the grip opening. The advantage of the diverter disc is that it will be able to hold the slide ring of a puck in a more secure way due to the reduced contact surface compared with a conventional diverter disc.
