PURPOSE: An amine compound with three carbazoles and an organic electric device using the same are provided to be used as a host substance of phosphor dopant of various colors. CONSTITUTION: An amine compound with three carbazoles is denoted by chemical formula 1. An organic electric device contains one or more organic layer containing the compound of chemical formula 1. The organic layer is formed by a soluble process. The organic layer is a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a light emitting layer, an electron transport layer, or an electron injection layer. A terminal comprise a display device containing the organic electric device and a control unit for driving the display device.

PURPOSE: An organic electronic device is provided to improve low driving voltage, high luminous efficiency and the lifetime of device by using a material which has excellent driving properties and lifetime properties. CONSTITUTION: An organic electronic device comprises a first electrode, an organic material layer comprising of one or more layers comprising a compound containing deuterium in chemical formula 1, and a second electrode. In the chemical formula 1, Ar1-Ar3 is respectively a substituted or non-substituted C6-60 aryl group, a substituted or non-substituted C5-60 heteroaryl group, a substituted or non-substituted C1-30 alkoxy group, a substituted or non-substituted C6-30 arloxy group, a substituted or non-substituted C6-60 arylamine group, or a substituted or non-substituted C1-50 alkyl group, and at least one of Ar1-Ar3 comprises one or more deuterium.
