본 발명은 카바졸을 포함하는 아민계 화합물을 정공 주입층 재료 또는 정공 수송층 재료로 포함하는 유기전기소자에 관한 것으로, 중수소를 포함하는 구동특성이 우수한 재료 및 수명이 우수한 재료를 혼합하여 사용함으로써 저 전압 구동, 높은 발광효율 및 고 수명 소자를 제공한다.

본 발명은 중수소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정공 주입층 재료 및 정공 수송층 재료를 포함하는 유기전기소자에 관한 것으로, 이러한 구동 특성과 수명이 우수한 중수소를 포함하는 재료를 혼합하여 사용함으로써 유기 전기발광소자의 저전압 구동, 높은 발광효율 및 긴 소자수명을 기대할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A new compound for organic electric device, an organic electric device, and a terminal using thereof are provided to lower driving voltage and improve luminous efficiency and lifetime of the electric device. CONSTITUTION: An organic electric device includes compound marked as chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, Ar1 and Ar2 can be respectively identical or different and comprise a substituted or a non-substituted C6-60 aryl group, a substituted or a non-substituted C5-60 heterocyclic group, a substituted or a non-substituted C6-30 aryloxy group, and a substituted or a non-substituted C1-50 alkyl group. R1 and R2 can be respectively identical or different and comprise hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, nitro group, nitrile group, amino group, a substituted or a non-substituted C6-60 aryl group, a substituted or a non-substituted C5-60 heteroaryl group, a substituted or a non-substituted C6-60 arylamine group, a substituted or a non-substituted C1-30 alkoxy radical, a substituted or a non-substituted C6-30 aryloxy group, and a substituted or a non-substituted C1-C50 alkyl group.

PURPOSE: A composition for an organic electric device containing a carbazole derivative mixture, and the organic electric device using thereof are provided to offer low voltage operation function and high luminous efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An organic electric device includes a first electrode, more than one layer of organic material layer, and a second electrode. The organic material layers are formed by a solution process, and are used as a light emitting layer, a hole injection layer, or a hole transport layer. The organic electric device contains a composition formed with a mixture of a compound marked with chemical formula 1, and a compound marked with chemical formula 2.

PURPOSE: An organic electric device is provided to obtain high luminance efficiency, low driving voltage, high durability, and excellent color purity and lifetime. CONSTITUTION: An organic electric device comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an organic material layer formed between the positive electrode and negative electrode. The organic material layer comprises: a sub-light emitting layer which contains a compound indicated in chemical formula 1, and is formed between a light-emitting layer and the positive electrode; and a hole-transferring layer which contains a compound indicated in chemical formula 2. An electric device comprises a display device containing the organic electric device; and a control part operating the display device.

CONSTITUTION: An organic electric device using diarylamino derivative comprises a first electrode, a first organic material layer containing deuterium in chemical formula 1, and a second electrode, which has a laminated form in order. The organic material layer uses as a luminous layer, a hole injection layer, or a hole transport layer.
