PURPOSE: An apparatus for setting up a call in a carrier aggregation environment is provided to efficiently perform call set up process procedure about multi-carrier in a carrier aggregation environment. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting unit(510) transmits the number of carriers to a base station. A receiving unit(520) receives information about the number of allocated carriers from the base station. The information is determined based on the number of usable carriers. A setting unit(530) sets up bearer about the base station based on the number of allocated carriers.

PURPOSE: A method for releasing a personal network device by transceiving a release message to a personal network management device based on 3GPP(3rd Generation Partnership Project) is provided to release the registration of a personal network device. CONSTITUTION: A PNE(Personal Network Equipment)(210) transmits a deregistration request message to a UE(User Equipment)(230). A session control unit(250) transmits a response message to the user equipment. The user equipment transmits the response message to the PNE. The session control unit transmits a deregistration message to a PNM AS(Personal Network Management Access System)(270). The PNE releases the registration of the PNE.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for setting the connection of a unit frequency in a mobile communication system of a multi carrier environment are provided to rapidly change a unit frequency in a wireless line disconnection state. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication system includes a terminal and a base station(120) in a multi carrier environment. The terminal includes a controller(111), a connection setup unit(112), a first unit frequency communication unit(113), and n-unit frequency communication unit. The first unit frequency communication unit and n-unit frequency communication unit communicate to the base station. The base station includes a controller, a call control processor, a connection setup unit, a first unit frequency communication unit, and a second unit frequency communication unit.

PURPOSE: A service providing method and system using a relay node of a 3GPP LTE-advanced system are provided to activate the relay node through a base station by adding to an L3 protocol to the relay node. CONSTITUTION: L1 protocol and L2 protocol of a relay node(240) manages information transmission/reception between a base station(220) and a terminal(210) in a specific node. The L1 and L2 protocols relay the information transmission/reception between the base station and the terminal. An L3 protocol connects a control signal of a user transmitted from the terminal to the other server without using the base station.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for allocating physical downlink control channel(PDCCH) in a wireless communication system are provided to allocate the PDCCH with a search space. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(111) generates a PDCCH allocation table for allocating PDCCH using an identifier which is allocated to a terminal. The control unit receives information related to transmission data from uplink. The control unit determines a terminal in which the PDCCH is allocated using the information and the PDCCH allocation table. A PDCCH generation unit(114) receives the information of the allocated PDCCH. The PDCCH generation unit generates the information related to transmission data.

PURPOSE: A handover server in multi-interface environment in multi-interface environment and a method thereof are provided to process handover by reflecting triggering information including static data and dynamic data. CONSTITUTION: A storage part(110) stores triggering information. The triggering information includes static data allocated by a mobile telecom system and dynamic information changed according to circumferences. When handover events occur, a hand over processor(120) process the handover by selecting one wireless connection system among a plurality of wireless access systems.

PURPOSE: A paging processing device of a mobile terminal, a paging managing device, and a paging processing method thereof are provided to efficiently process the paging by preventing collision in uplink sync of the mobile communication terminal of inactive state. CONSTITUTION: A message receiver unit(110) receives a paging message including the mobile terminal identification information, the paging class information, and the unique preamble information from the mobile communication system. A message analyzer unit(120) decides whether the paging message coming under to oneself or not based on the mobile terminal identification. In case the paging message corresponding to oneself, an uplink sync unit(130) performs synchronization of the mobile communication system and uplink by using the preamble information.

PURPOSE: A method for processing an exceptional case of establishing a default bearer in a mobile communication system, and a device therefor are provided to supply a reliable IP(Internet Protocol) service by showing an exceptional case that a subscription procedure is completed without a normal setting of a default bearer. CONSTITUTION: A user equipment(110) performs IP-based packet transmission and reception with a server located on a packet data network(150) or a corresponding node. The bearer needs to be established among the user equipment, an eNB(120), and an access gateway(130) in order to transmit and receive IP packets. The user equipment is able to establish one or more bearers for one packet data network. The bearer includes a default bearer that is basically established with address allocation at the time of accessing each packet data network and a dedicated bearer that is additionally established by a request of quality of service at the time of performing a service. The embodiment of the present invention relates to a processing procedure when the default bearer of two bearers is not normally established.

A method for controlling a multi session of a mobile communication system and an apparatus thereof are provided to supply a high qualified real-time service without delay based on the priority for each service class. A base station classifies at least one service into service classes(S110), and assigns the priority for each service according to the classified service class(S120). If the channel capacity is not short, the base station provides at least one service to a terminal according to the service request order(S140). If the capacity of a session channel is short, the base station provides a service to a terminal based on the priority(S150).
