The terminal receives a request for activating an MBMS function from a user(S108), and when the MBMS function is activated, the UE(100) establishes an SA MTCH channel(S110). The terminal sets an MBMS IP bearer according to a multicast IP address and UDP port information for an SA received through an SIB message of a BCCH(Broadcast Control Channel)(S112) and starts a FLUTE receiving process(S114). When setting of the MBMS bearer is completed, the UE(100) receives meta data(S116,S118). The UE(100) decodes and stores the meta data(S120), and informs the user which service of the MBMS is being provided(S122). The UE(100) receives a request for selecting a service of the MBMS or releasing the selection(S124), and activates or deactivates the MBMS(S126).
