    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the composition of an ultrahigh molecular weight copolymer of a conjugated diene with an aromatic vinyl compound, the copolymer having a weight-average molecular weight of approximately >=1000000. CONSTITUTION:The composition of an ultrahigh molecular weight copolymer characterized by its having an intrinsic viscosity of at least approximately 4.0 in tetrahydrofuran is produced by a method which comprises copolymerizing a 1,3-conjugated diene with a vinylic aromatic compound in a hydrocarbon solvent in the presence of a trimetallized 1-alkine catalyst comprising the reaction product of a >=4C 1-alkine, an organometallic compound R M and a 1,3-conjugated diene wherein R is hydrocarbyl group; M is alkali metal; the molar ratio of the R M to the 1-alkine is approximately 3:1; and the molar ratio of the conjugated diene to the 1-alkine is approximately 2:1 to approximately 30:1.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve mold release ability of a rubber or plastic molded product as contamination of a mold is prevented as much as possible and the number of washing times of the mold can be reduced drastically, by performing molding by making use of the mold surface-treated with a surface treatment agent containing a denatured silicone compound having specific chemical structure. CONSTITUTION:A mold at least a part of the inner surface of which is surface- treated with a surface treatment agent containing a denatured silicone compound shown by an expression (1) is used as the mold, in a method of manufacturing a rubber or plastic molded product by supplying a rubber or plastic molding material into the mold. Provided that, l and (m) in the expression are integral numbers satisfying l+m>=10, l/(l+m)>=0.03. When the mold is surface-treated by making use of the surface treatment agent containing the denatured silicone compound having specific chemical structure of the expression (1) as the surface treatment agent, a surface treatment film is formed firmly on the surface of the mold. The surface of the mold surface-treated like this is inert and a washing term of the mold can be extended remarkably by preventing the contamination effectively.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain polyurethane excellent in water repellency, mold release and heat resistance and extremely low in water absorption, by reacting a polyol component with a specified isocyanate component.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the contamination of a mold, which is generated especially by pressurizing and heating upon molding, by a method wherein the mold, whose surface is treated by a surface treating agent consisting of a compound including the atom of silicon and isocyanate group in the molecule thereof or a composition blended with said compound, is employed. CONSTITUTION:The cause of contamination of a mold is the combination of metal oxide or metal hydroxide, existing on the surface of the mold, and a chemically active functional group, such as vinyl group, alcohol or phenol hydroxide group, amino group, nitro group or the like, for example. Accordingly, the surface of the mold is treated by surface treating agent consisting of a substance which interrupts the combination of said functional group or a compound including both of the atom of silicon and isocyanate group in the molecule thereof or a composition blended with said compound. According to this method, contamination upon molding the molded product of rubber or plastic may be reduced remarkably and the molded products may be molded efficiently.

A compound ratio between the organic rubber and polyorgano silxane is made into 95/5-5/95. Based on the above, the title product is superior in mold release properties and plysical properties such as mechanical strength.
