Abstract: PURPOSE:To surely obtain the reproducing signals for tracking and of pits by specifying the depth of guide grooves and the depth of the pits in the optical disk previously recorded with information data by the pits between the guide grooves to a specific ratio of the wavelength of reproducing light. CONSTITUTION:The information data can be recorded and reproduced as the pits 4 by a magneto-optical means on the lands 3 of the optical disk 1 formed with the guide grooves 2 for tracking. The relation of the depth of the pits 4 and the signal quantity of a track cross signal STCS and push pull signal SPP changes to the sinusoidal shape in which the former indicates the max. value at lambda/4 and the latter exhibits the min. value at lambda/8 and the max. 3lambda/8 with respect to a change from 0 to lambda/2 of the wavelength lambda of the light beam for reproducing. The influence of the duty of the information data of the pits is eliminated and the signal quantity of the signals STCS and SPP is assured by selecting the depth of the guide grooves 2 at lambda/8 to lambda/4 and the depth of the pits 4 at lambda/4 to lambda/2.

CONSTITUTION:When the excess of the temperature of liquid photo-setting type resin material 3 at its surface 3a over the lower limit of the arbitrarily set temperature range after the supply of high frequency current to a high frequency heating coil 4 is detected with a liquid temperature sensor 5, a signal is outputted from a temperature controller 7 to a controlling section 27 so as to perform the raster scanning by exposure beam 21 to the region corresponding to the stage 6 of the surface 3a of the liquid photo-setting type resin material 3. Said raster scanning is done with respect to the respective partition planes of a cubic shape. Thus, when the raster scanning by the exposure beam 21 to the surface 3a of the liquid photo-setting type resin material 3 with respect to one partition plane comes to an end, the scanned region sets, resulting in producing a set resin layer, which has the same shape as that of a partition plane to be produced for the first time.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To remove play between first and second swing arms and to miniaturize a device by arranging electromagnetic coils oppositely on both arms interposing a magneto-optical disk, and setting both arms in such a way that they can be slided freely in the radial direction of the disk centering a supporting shaft provided outside the outer periphery of the disk. CONSTITUTION:The magneto-optical disk 6 in the main body of a magneto- optical disk drive unit 1 is rotated by a spindle 5, and the supporting shaft 10 is arranged outside the outer periphery of the disk 6 loaded on the spindle 5. The base part 16a of the first swing arm 16 is provided rotatably freely on the supporting shaft 10, and an optical pickup 18 to record and reproduce the information of the disk 6 is provided at the tip side of the base part, and the pickup 18 is reciprocated in the radial direction of the disk 6 by an actuator 36 provided at the base end part 16c of the arm 16. Also, the second swing arm 38 is provided rotatably freely with the arm 16, and a magnetic coil 40 which adds a magnetic field to record and reproduce the information of the disk 6 is arranged at a position confronting with the light spot of the pickup 18 at the tip part 38b.

CONSTITUTION:An A/B-phase pulse signal recording part 7AB and a Z-phase pulse signal recording part 7Z are formed alternately on the signal recording surface of the rotor. One Z-phase pit Pz is formed at only one specific-angle position in the entire periphery of the rotor. Three beam spots Sa, Sb, and Sz projected by an optical system are projected on the recording parts. The light beam Sz projected on the Z-phase pulse signal recording part 7Z is guided to a photodetecting element to detect the focus error signal. This focus error signal is obtained from the Z-phase recording part where no signal is recorded, so the signal is extremely stable.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate shock sound when a servo loop is locked by detecting the displacement of a vibrating system of a speaker and controlling the gain of the servo loop. CONSTITUTION:The displacement of the vibrating system of the speaker is detected by a photodetector 5, an output from a subtraction circuit 9 is given to a comparator circuit 11 so as to drive a driving coil 16 via a phase correcting filter 14 and a driving circuit 15. The displacement of a diaphragm 1 is subject to a servo so as to follow an audio signal applied to an input terminal 12 with fidelity. While the power is applied and the servo loop is locked, since the error signal of the comparator circuit 21 exceeds a reference value of comparator circuits 28, 29, a transistor 33 is turned off, an FET25 is turned on, a resistor 24 is inserted in parallel with a resistor 23 so as to decrease the gain of the servo loop.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an optical modulating device which can control the quantity of liquid and reduce noises and modulate signals, by using a acoustooptic optical modulatr as a means which modulates the coherent light and comparing the modulated light to an electric signal to compare it with a reference signal. CONSTITUTION:The carrier wave from a high frequency oscillator 15 is supplied to a signal modulator 14 through a amplitude modulator 24 and is taken out by the modulation signal from an input terminal 13. This taken-out signal is supplied to an acoustooptic optical modulating element 12 which causes Brillouin scattering, and the coherent light from a laser light source 11 is diffracted primarily. This diffracted light is detected and is converted to an electric signal in a photodetector 17 and is supplied to a peak holding circuit 19 through an amplifier 18. The peak value of the detection signal from the photodetector 17 is held in this circuit 19 and is compared with a reference value in a comparing circuit 20, and the comparison error signal is supplied to the amplitude modulator 24 through a controlling circuit 22 and a phase compensating circuit 23.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate the mixture of noise, by returning the reflected beam of the light irradiated to the recording medium from the light source to the semiconductor laser light source and thus obtaining the reproduced signal based on the reproduced beam which received a self-coupling. CONSTITUTION:The radiation laser beam given from the semiconductor laser light source 1 is irradiated to the optical recording medium 4, and this reflected beam is returned to the source 1. And then the reproduced signal is obtained based on the reproduced beam which received a self-coupling. In such device, the lambda/4 plate 7 is distributed into the optical path between the source 1 and the medium 4, and the angle formed with the optical axis of the plate 7 and the polarized wave axis of the radiation laser beam is selected. Thus the reproduced beam has substantially the signal oscillation mode.
