Abstract:
The present invention deals with a method and apparatus for verifying destination calls needed in an elevator system. In the method of the invention, a person having entered a destination call is identified first on the floor level outside the elevator and again in the elevator car allocated to the person. The destination floor call received from a destination call device as well as starting floor information obtained from a detector used to identify the person having entered the call are transmitted to the elevator control system, which, based on the destination call, allocates an elevator to the person having entered the call. If the system identifies the person having entered the call when the person is in the elevator car, then the destination call is acknowledged in the system as executed. On the other hand, if the person having entered the call is not identified in the elevator car allocated to him/her, then the previously entered destination call is kept valid and a new elevator is allocated to the person having entered the call.

A method for allocating an elevator in a destination floor elevator system comprising an elevator group consisting of several elevators, a passenger data terminal for reserving elevators for use by passengers, an elevator group control system for controlling the elevators in response to signals from the passenger data terminal. The method of the invention comprises the following steps: the size and destination floor of the group of passengers are input into the control system of the elevator group, one or more elevators are allocated to the group of passengers by utilizing the size and destination floor of the group, and the members of the group of passengers are informed about the allocation.

The invention refers to an arrangement for the allocation of destination calls in an elevator system (10) with at least two elevators (12), comprising a wireless transmitter device (34) connected with an allocation control (20) of the elevator system. The transmitter device interacts within a certain mutual distance with a wireless ID device (40) carried by a passenger, which ID device is configured to transmit to the transmitter device an ID which is linked with a special transportation service in the elevator system. The elevator system (10) comprises a memory (19) with correlated operation parameters of the elevators (12) which are linked to the particular special transportation service request of the ID device, whereby the ID device (40) is configured to transmit ID data and/or a call with a departure floor and destination floor to the allocation control (20). The transmitter device (34) is located within a transmitter accommodation space (54) located at least in the vicinity of an elevator (12), whereby the transmitter device is located in the vicinity of a tag (36) carrying a symbol (62-70) correlated to the special transportation service.

The passenger's (3) arrival is detected by means of a first remote sensing device (5) , which is placed at a first distance from the elevator. Next, an elevator call is generated to serve the passenger (3) detected by the remote sensing device (5) . The call generated by the first remote sensing device (5) is confirmed on the basis of a detection made by a second remote sensing device (7) , which is located at a second distance from the elevator, the second distance being shorter than the first distance.

Bei einem Verfahren zur Zuteilung eines Benutzers (10) zu einer Aufzugsanlage (20), die mit einer Vielzahl von Aufzugskabinen (21, 22, 23) und mit einer Zielrufsteuereinheit versehen ist, setzt der Benutzer (10) mittels einer Kommunikationseinheit (30) einen Zielruf an die Zielrufsteuereinheit ab. Die Zielrufsteuereinheit ermittelt eine Gruppe von Aufzugskabinen (21, 22) zur Bedienung des Zielrufs und gibt die Gruppe von Aufzugskabinen (21, 22) an den Benutzer (10) mittels der Kommunikationseinheit (30) bekannt. Der Benutzer (10) wählt aus der Gruppe von Aufzugskabinen (21, 22) mittels der Kommunikationseinheit (30) eine Aufzugskabine (21) aus. Ferner werden Informationen zur Führung des Benutzers (10) zu der ausgewählten Aufzugskabine (21) an den Benutzer (10) mittels der Kommunikationseinheit (30) übermittelt.
