Panneau de sol (1) comprenant: des moyens d'accouplement mâles (2) et femelles (3) constitués d'au moins une rainure proximale (4, 6) débouchant sur une face inférieure, respectivement supérieure du panneau (1) et d'une languette distale flexible (5, 7) s'étendant à l'extrémité du bord du panneau (1) vers la face inférieure, respectivement supérieure dudit panneau (1), la languette (5, 7) présente une paroi proximale inclinée suivant un angle (β, a) par rapport à un plan vertical respectivement vers le bas et vers l'extérieur du panneau (1), et vers le haut et vers l'extérieur du panneau (1), la languette (5, 7) de l'un au moins des moyens d'accouplement mâles (2) ou femelle (3) présente une paroi distale comportant, au moins, un ergot (11) ou une encoche (15) apte à coopérer avec une encoche (12) ou un ergot (16) pratiqué sur une paroi proximale que présente la rainure proximale (6, 4) des moyens d'accouplement femelles (3) ou mâle (2) correspondant pour former une butée d'arrêt, évitant un déplacement vertical d'un panneau (1) par rapport au panneau adjacent. Selon l'invention, la languette flexible (7) des moyens d'accouplement femelles (3) comporte une partie chanfreinée (13) formant un angle compris entre 2° et 20° par rapport au plan principal du panneau.

The present invention relates to a set of essentially identical panels (1, 1'), such as building panels, provided with a mechanical locking system including a displaceable tongue (30), which is arranged in a displacement groove at a first edge of a first panel (1). A second panel is provided with a tongue groove at a second edge. The displaceable tongue is configured to cooperate with the tongue groove (20) for locking together the first and the second edge. The displaceable tongue has a spring constant that varies along the length of the tongue.

A method for manufacturing decorative laminates including the steps of: a) impregnating a paper substrate with a thermosetting resin by submersion of the paper substrate in a bath of thermosetting resin; b) applying on the thermosetting resin impregnated paper substrate an ink acceptance layer containing an inorganic pigment P and a polymeric binder B having a weight ratio P/B of inorganic pigment to polymeric binder of larger than 1.5; c) jetting on the ink acceptance layer a colour pattern with one or more aqueous pigmented inkjet inks and/or organic solvent based pigmented inkjet inks containing a colour pigment C; and d) heat pressing the thermosetting paper into a decorative laminate, wherein the weight ratio P/C of the inorganic pigment of the ink acceptance layer to the jetted colour pigment in the colour pattern is larger than 4.0.

Tablero decorativo que tiene sobre los bordes laterales unas hendiduras (2) y unos resaltes (3), donde las hendiduras (2) están dispuestas sobre los bordes laterales en dos de los lados contiguos, mientras que los resaltes (3) están dispuestos sobre los otros dos lados contiguos del tablero, además el tablero comprende: unas láminas exteriores (4) de MDF de un espesor menor y densidad mayor que un relleno interior (5), el relleno interior (5) que es de MDF de menor densidad y de mayor espesor que las láminas exteriores (4)y unas láminas o superficies decorativas (6) dispuestas sobre las láminas exteriores en su cara exterior. se consiguen unos tableros de gran resistencia y estabilidad, excepcional resistencia a la flexión,fácil manejo, lo que redunda en ventajas para su almacenamiento y transporte, presentando un bajo contenido en formaldehidos, lo que unido al uso de elementos constructivos auxiliares permiten la construcción de tabiques y elementos separadores.

Offenbart ist ein Fussbodenelement und ein Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung, bei dem eine Deck- oder Rückseitenschicht auf einer Schicht mit einer Vielzahl von parallel angeordneten Leisten aufgebracht ist. Die Leisten sind schräg zu den Stirn- und Längskanten des Fussbodenelementes angestellt, so dass die an der Schmalseite angeordnete Nut-/Federelemente eine höhere Biegefestigkeit als bei herkömmlichen Fussbodenelementen aus Vollholzunterschicht aufweisen und die stirnseitigen Lamellenstösse der Deckschicht in jedem Fall durch die Mittelschicht überbrückt werden.

The invention concerns a floor covering consisting of hard panels (2) which are provided, at least on two opposite edges (3-4, 5-6), with coupling means (7) made in one piece with the panels (2), whereby these coupling means (7) provide for an interlocking in a direction (R1) perpendicular to the plane of the floor covering (1), as well as in a direction (R2) perpendicular to the edges (3-4, 5-6) concerned and parallel to the plane of the floor covering (1). These coupling means (7) comprise a tongue (8) and a groove (9). The lip (11) which is situated on the bottom side of the groove (9) is longer than the lip (10) on the top side. The edge (5) which is provided with the tongue (8) is made flexible.
