Abstract:
Method for manufacturing floor panels, wherein is started from boards (57) having an upper side, more particularly a decorative side (11), with a pattern (61) formed at least by a print, and the method moreover comprises the following steps: - dividing the aforementioned boards (57) at least by means of parallel cuts (69) into several panels (1) by means of a cutting device (58) with at least three cutting elements, wherein, by adjusting the cutting elements, the cuts (69) are performed at locations in function of said pattern (61); - and forming the actual floor panels (1) from the obtained panels (1), by means of further treatments, among which may or may not be a further dividing process;
with the characteristic that in said adjustment, at least the aforementioned three cutting elements (59) are adjusted in an manner independent from each other, in function of the pattern (61).
Abstract:
Abstract:
Floor covering, made of floor elements, which, at least at two opposite sides, comprise a male and a female coupling part, which allow that two of such floor elements can be interconnected at the respective sides at the respective sides by pushing one of these floor elements with the associated male coupling part, by means of a downward movement, home into the female coupling part of the other floor element, wherein at least one of said coupling parts, either the male coupling part or the female coupling part, is made as least partially in a filled synthetic material composite, such as extruded wood.
Abstract:
A floor panel includes male and female coupling means that are formed by at least one proximal groove that opens onto a lower face or upper face, respectively, of the panel and by a distal flexible tongue that extends from the end of the edge of the panel towards the lower face or upper face, respectively. The tongue has a proximal wall inclined at an angle with respect to a vertical plane towards the bottom and the outside of the panel and towards the top and the outside of the panel, respectively. The tongue of at least one of the male coupling means or female coupling means has a distal wall that includes, at least, a protrusion or a notch that is able to engage with a notch or a protrusion formed in or on a proximal wall of the proximal groove of the corresponding female coupling means or male coupling means so as to form an end stop, avoiding vertical movement of a panel with respect to an adjacent panel. The flexible tongue of the female coupling means comprises a chamfered part that forms an angle of between 2° and 20° with respect to the main plane of the panel.
