The present invention relates to a composition for anti-aging containing trans-communic acid as an effective component which has an excellent skin cell and collagen biosynthesis promotion effect without causing side effects on the skin, and is capable of being applied to a skin external application for anti-aging and wrinkle prevention. The composition for anti-aging contains 0.001-10 wt% of trans-communic acid.

CONSTITUTION: A composition for skin whitening and moisturizing contains bee venom extract as an active ingredient. The bee venom extract is isolated using water, organic solvent, or mixture thereof. The organic solvent includes methanol, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, n-propyl alcohol, n-butanol, isobutanol, ether, ethyl acetate, or chloroform. A cosmetic composition contains 0.0001-30 wt% of the composition. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a skin softener, astringent, nutrition cream, massage cream, essence, eye cream, eye essence, cleansing cream, cleansing lotion, pack, powder, body lotion, body essence, hair essence, hair serum, hair treatment, hair conditioner, hair shampoo, hair lotion, or toothpaste.

CONSTITUTION: A method for evaluating effect of maintaining and improving elasticity of a cosmetic product using ddeok(rice cake) comprises: a step of measuring tensile strength by pulling ddeok in a predetermined rate; a step of applying the cosmetic product onto the ddeok and measuring tensile strength; a step of calculating value of change of extended ddeok length and power applied to the ddeok; and a step of determining effects.

A process for preparing kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside is provided to produce a large quantity of kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside having high physiological activities including anti-oxidative and blood circulation-improving effects from the seeds of green tea containing a large quantity of glycosides including camelliaside A, B, so that the substance is useful in cosmetics and food. A process for preparing kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside represented by the formula(1) comprises the steps of: extracting plants containing kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside glycoside with water or organic solvent to prepare the plant extract; and hydrolyzing the plant extract with an enzyme or microorganism at 4.0-5.5 and 30-50 deg. C for 48-76 hours to selectively remove sugars from the kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside glycoside, wherein the enzyme is glucosidase, cellulase, galactosidase, amyloglucosidase, xylosidase, xylanase or naringinase; and the microorganism is Aspergillus sp., Bacillus sp., Penicillium sp., Rhizopus sp., Rhizomucor sp., Talaromyces sp., Bifidobacterium sp., Mortierella sp., Cryptococcus sp. or Microbacterium sp. A method for preparing an icariside II is provided to obtain the icariside II which inhibits synthesis of tyrosinase by inhibiting the enzymatic activity of alpha-glucosidase, an important enzyme for glycosylation of the tyrosinase. A method for preparing an icariside II represented by the formula(1) comprises a step of extracting an Epimedium sp. plant such as Epimedium brevicornum Maxim., Epimedium grandiflorum Morr., Epimedium koreanum Nakai, Epimedium pubescens Maxim., Epimedium sagittatum Maxim. and Epimedium wushanense with an organic solvent such as ethanol, methanol, butanol, ether, ethylacetate and chloroform or a mixture of the organic solvent and water. In the formula(1), R1 is rhamnopyranose. A skin whitening composition comprises the icariside II as an effective ingredient.
