Abstract:
Vorgeschlagen wird ein Verfahren zum Befüllen der Taschen (20a-c) einer Transportvorrichtung in Form eines Hängeförderers, welche Transportvorrichtung einen oder mehrere Laufwagen umfasst, die an einer Laufschiene (15a, b) in Laufschienenrichtung beweglich gelagert sind und an denen jeweils nach unten hängend eine Tasche (20a-c) zur Aufnahme von Transportgut (19b) angeordnet ist, wobei die Tasche (20a-c) durch wenigstens eine, im geöffneten Zustand ebene, flexible Materialbahn gebildet wird, welche mit den beiden Enden unter Ausbildung einer nach unten hängenden Tragschlaufe bzw. Transportschlaufe am Laufwagen befestigt ist, und wobei die Befestigung der Materialbahn am Laufwagen an wenigstens einem Ende der Materialbahn lösbar ausgebildet ist. Das Verfahren umfasst die Schritte: a) Heranführen einer Tasche (20a-c) im geschlossenen Zustand, b) Öffnen der Tasche (20a-c) durch Lösen der Befestigung des wenigstens einen Endes der Materialbahn am Laufwagen, c) Einfüllen eines Transportgutes (19b) in die geöffnete Tasche (20a-c), d) Schliessen der Tasche (20a-c) durch Befestigen des wenigstens einen Endes der Materialbahn am Laufwagen, und e) Wegführen der befüllten und geschlossenen Tasche (20a-c).

A package positioning device is located between an infeed station of the products arriving from a packaging machine already packaged and sealed and a station for the collection and transfer of the products towards the boxes which form the outer packaging ready for shipment to the distribution system. The device comprises a line of adjustable forks (13) hinged in a vertical direction on an infeed line (14) located above the product infeed line (15); this the product infeed line (15) presents at least one curved central sector forming a route that slopes slightly upwards and then downwards, in such a way that at the top of the curve each package can be successively gripped by the respective fork (13), rotated by 90 degrees and then released for transfer to the conveying machine (12) and then the boxing station.

The invention relates to a system and method for loading a cargo space with piece goods, which preferably have an at least partially deformable piece good surface. The inventive system comprises a delivery device on which the piece goods can be individually delivered, and comprises a transfer device on which the piece goods can be transferred from the delivery device and by means of which the piece goods can be placed inside the cargo space. The invention is characterized in that: at least one shaping means is provided with which the shape of the piece goods can be transformed into a predeterminable shape; the transfer device, with the aid of a loading means, transfers the piece goods individually or in groups into the interior of the cargo space, which is open at at least one side, while preserving the shape of the piece goods given by the shaping means, and; a separating unit is provided that separates the piece goods from the loading means and deposits the piece goods in the cargo space.

A system for transferring from a conveyor (1) to a position downwardly of the conveyor, wherein time required for the transfer is shortened and, even if the holding function of a holder (4) lowers, the conveyor (1) is opened to automatically discharge articles (M) from the conveyor (1), so that manual labor of a worker can be dispensed with. The conveyor (1) is openably set, in a closed state, the conveyor (1) is positioned on a conveying path (A) to convey articles (M) to a predetermined position, and, in an opened state, the conveyor (1) is formed with an opening (AH) vertically extending through the conveying path (A). A transferring means (D3) transfers articles (M) through the opening (AH) to a predetermined position, while the conveyor (1) is opened.

The device has a conveyor (6) on which articles (2) run along a line in a conveyor direction (8). Slides (4a, 4b, 4c) move with the articles on the conveyor in a direction that lies at an angle of 90 degree to the conveyor direction. Sensors (20a, 20b, 20c) are provided for detecting the articles and for activating the movement of the slide. The slides are pre-stressed with a spring unit in a sliding position. An independent claim is also included for a method for separating a flow of articles i.e. transparent bags.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for dividing a flow of objects on a conveyor with a high throughput. SOLUTION: This system 1 for dividing the flow of objects 2 such as foil bags into two or more flows comprises a conveyor 6 on which the objects can run along a line in the conveying direction 8 and slides 4a, 4b, 4c capable of moving the objects 2 on the conveyor 6 relative to the other objects on the conveyor 6. When the slides 4a, 4b, 4c are moved in the direction at an angle α of less than 90° relative to the conveying direction 8, the objects are divided and conveyed to the conveyor 6 installed in the device.
