본 발명은 양생 효과가 있는 피막 형성제가 콘크리트나 모르터의 상부로 부유한 후 피막을 형성하도록 하는 자가 피막 형성 속경 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르는 자가 피막 형성 속경 콘크리트 조성물은 초속경 시멘트 10~20 중량%, 골재 72.4~89.885 중량%, 자가 필름 성형체 0.1~5 중량% 및 소포제 0.01~2 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a rapid hardening cement composition and a concrete composition. The concrete composition according to the present invention includes the cement composition and aggregate, and the cement composition includes general Portland cement and admixture, while the mixing ratio between the general Portland cement and admixture is characterized by 91-97 wt% of the general Portland cement and 3-9 wt% of the admixture, and the admixture includes titanium plaster, limestone, and purified water sludge.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an additive for slag cement in which fine powder of blast furnace slag is mixed with Portland cement to improve the early strength of the slag cement, and slag cement and slag concrete using the same. The additive for slag cement according to the present invention comprises alkali aluminate, alkali carbonate, alkali sulfate, and calcium silicate. It is preferable that the additive for slag cement comprises 3 to 15 wt% of alkali aluminate, 5 to 18 wt% of alkali carbonate, 15 to 45 wt% of alkali sulfate, and 35 to 77 wt% of calcium silicate. The slag cement according to the present invention usually comprises 17 to 65 wt% of Portland cement, 34.5 to 80 wt% of fine powder of blast furnace slag, and 0.5 to 3.0 wt% of the additive for the slag cement, and the slag concrete according to the present invention uses the slag cement as a bonding agent when the concrete is mixed.

The present invention relates to a soil concrete composition for a deep mixing method and, more particularly, to a soil concrete composition for a deep mixing method in which sodium silicate is substituted for mixing water (water) that is used in producing slurry of a solidification material containing portland cement or blast furnace slag cement so that solidification material coagulation is accelerated, soil concrete strength of the solidification material and a target rock bed can be realized within a short period of time, soil can be stabilized rapidly, and a temporary facility construction period can be shortened. The soil concrete composition for deep mixing stirring according to the present invention contains 10 to 50 parts by weight of cement or blast furnace slag cement and 6 to 100 parts by weight of mixing water turning the cement or blast furnace slag cement into slurry with respect to 100 parts by weight of soil, and further contains 10 to 120 parts by weight of sodium silicate solution with respect to 100 parts by weight of the mixing water.

The present invention relates to a mortar composition for sectional restoration, having light weight and rapid hardness. The composition comprises: a 15-35 wt% of Portland cement; 5-10 wt% of alumina cement or calcium sulfuraluminate cement; 1-5 wt% of gypsum; 1-5 wt% of silica fume; 1-5 wt% of slag or 3-15 wt% of fly ash; 0.1-2 wt% of mica; 0.05-0.5 wt% of water-reducing agent; 1-5 wt% of moisture acid powder resin; 0.5-5 wt% of wollastonite; 0.1-0.5 wt% of synthetic resin; 1-5 wt% of functional mixing agent; 30-60 wt% of quartz sand; 10-15 wt% of lightening agent; and 2.25-5 wt% of hardening accelerator.

PURPOSE: High early strength cement containing waste fly ash is provided to enhance strength by activating blast furnace slag. CONSTITUTION: A high early strength cement composition contains 40-65 wt% of waste fly ash, 30-40 wt% of blast furnace slag, 4-14 wt% of waste alumina, 0.5-3.0 wt% of tartaric acid, and 0.5-3.0 wt% of lithium hydroxide. The specific surface area of the waste fly ash is 4,000-6,000 cm^2/g. A method for manufacturing concrete comprises a step of mixing a fine aggregate material, a coarse aggregate material, and mixing water with the composition; and a step of curing the mixture at room temperature.

PURPOSE: A geo polymer composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve initial and post compressive strength without using cement by adding potassium silicate solution to a mixture of coal ash, blast furnace slag, and cinder. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of GEO polymer composition comprises next steps: mixing coal dust, blast furnace slag, and fuel ash in a mass rate of 10-50:30-70:10-50; stirring the mixture at a speed of 250rpm for 5 minutes; and adding 30-60 parts by weight of modified liquid potassium silicate based on 100 parts by weight of the mixture. The modified liquid potassium silicate comprises 30-80 weight% of potassium silicate, 5-30 weight% of potassium hydroxide, and 15-60 weight% of water. A compressive strength of 28 days cured GEO polymer composition is 60MPa or greater.

PURPOSE: A high-activated cement clinker, high-activated and high early-strength cement composite are provided to obtain a stable hydration function by including large amount of C3S, small amount of C2S, and free lime. CONSTITUTION: A mineral composition of A high-activated cement clinker is calculated by using a Bogue formula and C3S value is bigger than 70%, C2S value is less than 5%, and L.S.D(lime saturation degree) is bigger than 1. The amount of the free lime in the cement clinker is 0.5-7.5 weight%. The amount of sulfate ingredient in the cement clinker is less than 1 weight% in SO3 conversion. The activity index(A.I.) of the of the cement clinker is 3.10-3.80. A manufacturing method of the high-activated cement clinker comprises a step of plasticizing cement burning raw material including more than one kind of waste material including 20 weight% or greater of calcium in CaO conversion.
