2층 다중 스트랜드 금속 케이블(10)은 - 나선형으로 권선되는 K>1개의 내측 스트랜드(TI)로 구성되는 케이블(10)의 내층(C1)과, - 케이블(10)의 내층(C1) 주위에 나선형으로 권선되는 L>1개의 외측 스트랜드(TE)로 구성되는 케이블(10)의 불포화 외층(C2)을 포함한다. 케이블(10)의 내측 스트랜드(TI)와 외측 스트랜드(TE)는 각각 - 2개의 내측 와이어로 구성되는 스트랜드(TI, TE)의 내층과, - 스트랜드(TI, TE)의 내층 주위에 나선형으로 권선되는 N개의 외측 와이어로 구성되는 스트랜드(TI, TE)의 외층을 포함한다.

The direction of the upper twisting of the strands (B) is the same as the direction of the first twisting of at least one strand (B) selected among the strands (B). The number of first twists of the strands (B) is larger than the number of first twists of that strand (B) and/or the number of upper twists of the strands (B) is larger than the number of upper twists of that strand (B).
Abstract:
A steel cord (10) for the reinforcement of timing belts or transmission belts comprises only two to five strands (12) tightly twisted with each other in a first direction at a cord twisting pitch. Each of said strands (12) comprises only two to seven steel filaments (14) tightly twisted with each other in this first direction at a strand twisting pitch. The steel filaments (14) have a diameter ranging from 0.03 to 0.40 mm. The ratio strand twisting pitch to filament diameter is greater than 30, the ratio cord twisting pitch to filament diameter is greater than 30, and the ratio cord twisting pitch to strand twisting pitch is greater than 1. Such a steel cord has an acceptable low torsion moment under axial loads.

본 발명에서는, 압축 및 마모에 대하여 향상된 저항성을 갖는 엘리베이터용 합성로프가 제공되며, 상기 로프의 레이어들을 형성하는 복수의 스트랜드를 포함하고, 각 스트랜드는 높은 모듈러스의 합성 필라멘트들(21)로 이루어진 복수의 사전 트위스트된 스트랜드(19)로 형성된다. 1이상의 스트랜드 또는 스트랜드들의 레이어에는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌과 같은 윤활제가 주입되어 스트랜드 및 서브스트랜드들 사이의 마모를 저감시키고 로프의 사용수명을 연장시킨다. 로프의 외부는 구동 시브에 의한 견인을 고려하여 재킷(35)으로 커버될 수 있다. 청구되는 로프를 포함하여 이루어지는 엘리베이터 시스템이 또한 제공된다.

Au cours du procédé de fabrication d'un câble métallique (10) multi-torons à deux couches: - on enroule en hélice N fils constituant une couche externe d'un toron (Tl, TE) autour de 2 fils constituant une couche interne du toron (Tl, TE) de façon à former le toron (Tl, TE); - on enroule en hélice L>1 torons externes (TE) formés précédemment et constituant une couche externe (C2) insaturée du câble (10) autour de K>1 torons internes (Tl) formés précédemment et constituant une couche interne (C1) du câble (10), - on réalise un surtordage du câble (Tl, TE) enroulé; - on réalise une étape d'équilibrage du câble (10) surtordu de façon à obtenir un couple résiduel nul dans le câble (10), et - on réalise une étape de détordage du câble (10) surtordu équilibré.

Each of the stands including core strands (12) and outer strands (14) comprises core steel filaments (20) with the number of m and outer steel filaments (22) with the number of n. the diameter of the core steel filament (20) in the core strand (12) is Dec, the diameter of the outer steel filament (22) in the core strand (12) is Doc, the diameter of the core steel filament (20) in the outer strand (14) is Deo, the diameter of the outer steel filament (22) in the outer strand (14) is Doo, the ratio of Dec/Doc is not less than 1.04, the ratio of Dco/Doo is not less than 103, the ratio of Doc/Deo is not less than 1. The core steel filaments (20) and outer steel filaments (22) are polygonally preformed before being twisted into strands. The steel cord (10) is used for reinforcing off-the-road tire.
