Abstract:
A vehicle includes a vehicle body having a pillar, a vehicle door movably coupled to the vehicle body, and an assembly for at least partially opening the vehicle door. The assembly is coupled to the vehicle door and includes an actuator having an actuator body and an actuator shaft movable relative to the actuator body between a retracted position and an extended position. Further, the assembly includes a lever pivotally coupled to the vehicle door and a spring coupled between the lever and the actuator shaft. The spring biases the lever toward the pillar. When the vehicle door is unlatched, the lever exerts a force on the pillar and, consequently, pushes the vehicle door away from the pillar to a partially open position. The present disclosure also relates to the assembly for at least partially opening the vehicle door as described above.
Abstract:
A folding façade or folding awning arrangement includes at least two façade or awning elements, wherein a first façade or awning element is fixed on a building so that it can pivot about an axis, and wherein a second façade or awning element is pivotally held about a second displaceable axis and can be displaced along guides by way of a drive member, and wherein further a first collapsing edge of the first façade or awning element is pivotally connected to a second collapsing edge of the second façade and awning element to form a collapsing joint and can be moved in a manner released from the guides, collapsing transversely to the façade. The arrangement further includes at least one collapsible/fold-out and/or locking arrangement. Safe operation is achieved in that at least one pivoting actuating element is provided in the form of a collapsing/fold-out, pulling/drawing, and/or locking arrangement.

Abstract:
A closure device is provided for opening and/or re-closing a wall element, with an unlocking/locking device for opening and re-closing the wall element. A holding device is provided by which the wall element is arranged in a first function position from which it is re-closed again or by which the wall element is arranged in a second function position, from which the wall element is openably held. A control device is provided that releases a tensioning device of the unlocking/locking device. For a first release period with which the wall element is loaded with a force in the direction of the second function position. When the wall element on actuation of an actuating device is closed or arranged in the first function position and at least locks the tensioning device after the second release period when the wall element on actuating the actuating means is opened.
Abstract:
An automatic warewashing machine includes a washing chamber, a hinged door configured to close the washing chamber, and a force-locking latching mechanism configured to hold the door in a closed position and release the door in response to a pulling force. The force-locking latching mechanism is disposed on the washing chamber or on a body enclosing the washing chamber. A door opening system is also included and has a push-open unit configured to automatically open the door to at least an ajar position. The push-open unit includes a motor-driven push-type opening bar.
Abstract:
A system (10, 110) includes an engagement element (11) mounted on a household appliance (W) door (D). A supporting body (12) is releasably held by a retaining element (16) mounted on a cabinet (C). A striker (14, 114) releasably couples to the retaining element (16) and moves between retracted and extracted positions. When the striker (14; 114) is retracted the door (D) is fully closed, and when extracted the door is pre-opened relative to the cabinet (C). An actuator (20) controls a locking mechanism (18) that tends to switch from an unlocked condition, allowing the striker (14,114) to move from the retracted to the extracted position, to a locked condition, holding the striker (14, 114) in the retracted position. A thrust member (19, 119) exerts thrust on the door (D), facilitating switching to pre-opened when the striker (14) couples to the retaining element (16), locking the locking mechanism (18).
Abstract:
A method for carrying out a drying step in a dishwasher that includes a housing, a washing tub, a door with a hinged lower region operable to close the washing tub, an opening device for automatically opening the door to an ajar position and a condensation drying system including a cooling-air flow generator. The method includes guiding a portion of a cooling-air flow along a portion of an underside of a countertop covering a top of the dishwasher housing both before and after the door is opened to an ajar position.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an actuation device for pull-outs, shelf boards, flaps, or other such elements to be opened, particularly front elements of particularly kitchen and office furniture, kitchen appliances and flush-mounted appliances, product dispensing devices, and the like, having components comprising a corpus, wherein the element to be opened can be transferred into an open position relative to the corpus 2 by way of a drive unit 5, the drive unit 5 can be activated by way of control means, and the control means comprise a front body sound sensor 6 that is associated with the front element 3. In order to create an actuation device, the front surface of which is to be configured in a manner that is free of impairment, the control means have a second corpus body sound sensor 7 (solid body sound sensor) that is disposed at a distance from the front body sound sensor 6 in or on the corpus interior 4, wherein the corpus sound signals of the front body sound sensor 6 and of the corpus body sound sensor 7 can be compared to each other in an analysis unit of the control means, and the drive unit 5 can be activated by way of the control means as a function of the result of the signal comparison.
Abstract:
