A water gate system is provided to improve reliability of water gate operation because the fluid pressure of the hydraulic cylinder does not leak and the state thereof can be maintained. A water gate system is as follows. A locking member(40) with a hanging projection(41) is fixed on one side of a water gate(20). The hanging projection of the locking member on the hydraulic cylinder is selectively held in the projection of the hydraulic cylinder according to expansion and contraction of the hydraulic cylinder(30). For releasing locking of the locking member, a locking release cylinder(50) is connected to the top of the hydraulic cylinder and is allowed to rotate. In order to release locking of the locking member in the front end of a cylinder rod, a locking release device(52) with an incline is fixed.

A construction method of a water gate for purifying polluted quality into clean water is provided to improve the water quality by ascending and descending at the closed state, thereby discharging bottom water of a water storage space together with pollutants including deposited sludge through a lower space of a water gate, to control the discharge quantity precisely by regulating the rotating angle of a lifting link according to the water pressure of a water storage space, the quantity of influent water, etc., and to ascend a water gate reliably by preventing the leakage of water to a confined space of a support structure. A construction method of a water gate for purifying polluted quality into clean water comprises the steps of forming a confined space(13) on two support structures(10) by a housing(12), forming a guide groove(14) on the side of a waterway(11) of the housing to insert each driving shaft(30) to be guided in the vertical direction, forming the contact part of the guide groove of the driving shaft in the angled shape not to be rotated, forming a lifting key(32) in one direction of the angled part of the driving shaft, fixing a lifting cylinder(50) to the inside of the confined space to be rotatable, fixing the front end of a piston rod(51) of the lifting cylinder to a lifting link(60) to be rotatable, and locating a lifting bar(61) drawn out in the perpendicular direction from the waterway of the lifting link on the lower part of the lifting key to make a water gate(20) open and close the waterway by a working cylinder(40) while the driving shaft is fixed, and forming a space between the water gate and the bottom of the waterway by moving the driving shaft vertically along the guide groove according to the expansion and contraction of the lifting cylinder while the water gate is closed to discharge bottom water of a water storage space, thereby to purify water.

An environment-friendly construction method purifying the polluted river water to the clean river water by using the method of construction which preferentially ejects the clean river water is provided to purify the polluted water naturally and by ejecting the lower layer water of the reservoir water space preferentially through the exhaust path of the water gate and by discharging the contaminant like the accumulated sludge together. In an environment-friendly construction method purifying the polluted river water to the clean river water by using the method of construction which preferentially ejects the clean river water, an actuating link(30) is pivotally fixed on the bottom lower support shaft of the diagonally located water gate(20); one end of the actuating link is connected to the actuating cylinder fixed inside the water gate; the other end is fixed on the bottom part of the waterway and water gate is conducted to the other end part as the standing; the bottom part of waterway comprises the guide projection(50). In the standing state the water gate, the discharge passage is formed between the bottom part of the water gate and bottom part of waterway by a little more lift. Even though the state where the water gate is closed, clean river water having the heavy specific gravity are discharged through the exhaust path.

A gravity type automatic non-powered floodgate is provided to carry out opening and closing of the floodgate at a precise point of time according to water amount by controlling liquid pressure with an automatic flow control valve. A gravity type automatic non-powered floodgate comprises a floodgate(100), a plurality of floodgate cylinders(200), a floodgate shutting unit(300), and an automatic liquid flow control valve(400). The floodgate rotates up and down around a rotary shaft(103) in a river. The floodgate cylinders are installed between the floodgate and a concrete foundation(1) regularly. The floodgate shutting unit, which is connected with the floodgate cylinders through a liquid line(2), includes a piston rod provided with a guide holder. A weight support, which is integrated with the guide holder, supports weights(306). The automatic flow control valve, installed at the liquid line, includes a cylinder member, a piston member, first and second conveying lines, and a shutoff unit. The cylinder member has a bottle neck part, and first and second ports for inlet and outlet of pressure. The bottle neck part is located between the first and second ports. The piston member has first and second plungers at two ends of the cylinder member to isolate a liquid. The first and second conveying lines convey the liquid isolated in the cylinder member by the piston member. The shutoff unit opens and closes the bottle neck part, as the piston member reciprocates.

A water gate control system using a web camera, a pressure switch and an indicator is provided to grasp the present situation of a water gate in real time by installing web cameras at many spots, to prevent a leakage of oil in a hydraulic pipe or a hydraulic cylinder and to keep at the fixed pressure, and to cope quickly with the situation when a water gate is malfunctioning. A water gate control system using a web camera, a pressure switch and an indicator comprises a first pressure switch(10) connected with a hydraulic pipe or a hydraulic cylinder(100) to keep at the appointed hydraulic pressure, a hydraulic pressure supply device(20) connected with the first pressure switch and composed of a motor(22), a hydraulic pump(24) and a solenoid valve(26) to supply hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic pipe or the hydraulic cylinder by signals, a second pressure switch(30) connected with the hydraulic pipe or the hydraulic cylinder to receive the state of hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic pipe or the hydraulic cylinder and to change into electronic signals, a controller(40) composed of a local control panel(42), a remove control panel(44), an indicator(46), an on-and-off light(48) and a buzzer(49) to transmit the electronic signals to a computer and to control the hydraulic pipe or the hydraulic cylinder accordingly, and a web camera(50) installed to a job site for a water gate or the controller to shoot and store a job site in real time.

A nature-friendly engineering method for purifying polluted water by having a system for purifying the polluted water into purified water is provided to contact a packing member with a bottom part of a housing closely by fixing a front end of a piston rod of a second operating cylinder rotatably and rotating the water gate through the interlock of operating cylinders. A water gate(30) is combined with an integrated control system(100). An impact absorbing packing member(40) is fixed to the outer part of the boundary area of a water gate plate(31) and two side plates(32) to be continuous to the longitudinal direction of the water gate. A first operating cylinder(51) is installed to the upper part of a sealed space. A support roller(52) is rotatably mounted to the horizontal place to the first operating cylinder. A connecting member is connected to the front end of the operating link. A pressing plate(35) is withdrawn to the opposed direction of the withdrawing direction of the operating link. A ring shaped slider(64) formed with an operating groove(65) is formed from the operating plate to the support plate. A front end of the piston rod of a second operating cylinder(61) is rotatably fixed to the operating plate. The water gate is rotated with 270° through interlock of the operating cylinders to open and close a channel(11).

A method of purifying a polluted stream using a rotating water gate and an integrated control system is provided to prevent water leakage, to increase storage volume, and to purify water by installing a packing member longitudinally, installing a side plate asymmetrically from a rotation axle, and discharging water at a lower portion of the rotating water gate. In accordance with an integrated control system(100), a waterway(11) is formed between both side support structures(10), and a housing(20) is installed to a side of the support structure to form a closed space. A rotating water gate is formed with an arc type gate plate(31), two side plates(32) connected perpendicularly to the gate plate, and an rotating axle(33) connected to the side plate. At an opened position, the side plate is formed asymmetrically to be longer at a discharge side than at a storage side from the rotation axle. A piston rod of the operating cylinder is connected to an operating link(34) to be rotated which is fixed to the rotation axle. At an outside of a pushing plate(35), a support plate(62) and an operating plate(63) are fixed in a V shape. An additional cylinder or an elevating block can be used to discharge water at a bottom.
