In a sidewall 18 of the lower part 11c at the side of the short side, first discharge holes 14 communicated with the flow passage 13 are formed in positions proximate the bottom part 20. A projected part 15 projecting inward from an inner wall 19 of the flow passage 13 at the side of the long side is formed between the pair of the first discharge holes 14, 14. A pair of second discharge holes 16, 16 communicated with the flow passage 13 are formed in the bottom part 20. The first discharge holes 14 and the second discharge holes 16 are communicated with each other by a slit 17 extending in a perpendicular direction formed on the sidewall 18 at a side of the short side.
