PURPOSE: A video bit rate control method and an apparatus thereof are provided to increase accuracy and performance of bit rate and to increase the efficiency of image encoding. CONSTITUTION: A video bit rate controller determines target bit quantity of a current frame by using current frame type information(S430). The video bit rate controller calculates a QP(Quantization Parameter) about the current frame by applying the determined target bit quantity to a secondary rate distortion model(S450). The apparatus encodes the current frame by using the calculated QP(S490).

PURPOSE: A bit rate controlling method for hierarchical coding structure capable of encoding a video of high efficiency is provided to apply a rate-distortion characteristic to a secondary rate-distortion model by using the property of rate-distortion according to a frame type of each time layer in consideration of a hierarchical coding structure. CONSTITUTION: QP(Quantization Parameter) of a first frame and QP of a second frame are determined by using actual generation bit quantity about each frame type of each temporal layer(301). Increase or reduction of CP id determined about QP of the first frame according to a target bit quantity of the second frame within the same time layer.

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for encoding a stereoscopic video are provided to increase the encoding efficiency of a stereoscopic video and to increase the encoding efficiency of an additional image. CONSTITUTION: An encoder encodes an original reference image(S100). The encoder performs pre-processing(S110). The encoder encodes the original reference image based on a decoding image and an original additional image(S120). The encoder performs post-processing based on a decoded additional image(S130).

PURPOSE: A streaming content supplying method and an apparatus thereof are provided to use segments to reproduce media content by rendering and decoding data of media content within segments. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(100) receives metadata of media including one or more cycles. A server(110) performs the parsing of the media. The server extracts a data part which is suitable for a requested segment. The terminal accesses segments of the media based on information which metadata supplies. The terminal performs decoding and rendering of media data within the segment.

PURPOSE: A method for eliminating mismatch in wireless communication system, a receiver thereof, and a LNA(Low Noise Amplifier) thereof are provided to offer a LNA to eliminate the mismatch in an input unit of the receiver. CONSTITUTION: If an input signal is wideband signal, a controller performs the common bias control for eliminating mismatch in LNA(703,705). If the input signal is narrowband signal, the controller performs independent bias control for improving the linearity in LNA(707). A receiver receives a signal of which the mismatch or adjacent channel interference is eliminated(709).

PURPOSE: A directional dipole antenna for a PCB substrate is provided to solve a problem of a leakage current by arranging a balun, which is excited with electromagnetic coupling, in a radiator. CONSTITUTION: An antenna unit(2) emits a signal which is input through a coaxial cable to the air. A reflector(1) increase a gain of a front side direction while being placed in a lower part of the antenna unit. A coaxial feeding unit maintains an interval between the antenna unit and the reflector. The coaxial feeding unit transfers the coaxial cable signal to the antenna unit. Supporting parts(32a,32b) support the antenna unit at the reflector.

PURPOSE: A circularly polarized turnstile antenna with a wide beam-width is provided to maintain stability even in case of cosmic environments by improving a radiation pattern and the beam width of an axial ratio pattern. CONSTITUTION: An antenna unit radiates a radio wave in circular polarization to the space. A feed structure transfers the radio wave to a dipole. A Balun intercepts a leakage current. A reflector(31) guides the radiation of the antenna unit to the front direction. A reflection wall(32) increases the beam width property of the antenna unit.
