Abstract:
본 발명은 이동 통신 시스템 및 방송시스템에서, 미래형 기지국(ABS: Advanced Base Station)이 브로드캐스트 버퍼링 컨텐츠(broadcast buffering contents)의 버퍼링 데이터 패킷을 주기적으로 브로드캐스트하며, 상기 브로드캐스트 버퍼링 컨텐츠는 미리 설정되어 있는 버퍼링 용량에 상응하는 버퍼링 데이터 패킷이 주기적으로 브로드캐스트되는 컨텐츠를 나타내며, 상기 버퍼링 데이터 패킷은 상기 브로드캐스트 버퍼링 컨텐츠가 미래형 이동 단말기(AMS: Advanced Mobile Station)들로 실제 제공되기 전에 미리 버퍼링되기 위한 목적으로 송신되는 데이터 패킷을 나타냄을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: A base station, mobile station, and operation method thereof are provided to offer synchronization information by effectively synchronizing a relay candidate mobile station with a mobile station which requests an emergency call. CONSTITUTION: A base station(200) recognizes an emergency situation of a neighbor base station. The base station broadcasts the emergency situation notification information of the neighbor base station to one or more mobile stations(300) within service coverage. The base station broadcasts location calculation information. The location of the mobile station is calculated based on the location calculation information. In case the mobile station is located a cell edge of a neighbor base station direction, the mobile station broadcasts an emergency situation preamble.

PURPOSE: A relay method of a terminal for communication of an emergency terminal in a mobile communication system is provided to enable a terminal within cell coverage to set up an emergency call. CONSTITUTION: Terminals are converted in an emergency call relay standby mode(S310). The terminals are synchronized with a base station(S320). The terminals are switched into an emergency call relay mode(S340). The terminals transmit a resource request message to the base station(S350). The terminals transmits a connection setup message to the emergency terminal(S370). The base station and the emergency terminal transmit data through a relay terminal(S390).

PURPOSE: A device and method for proving a mobile IP television service in a mobile communication system and broadcasting system thereof are provided to minimize a unicast transmission rate. CONSTITUTION: An ABS periodically broadcasts a buffering data packet corresponding to buffering capacity about broadcast buffering content(313). The request for provision of content channel is received from an AMS(315). The requested content channel is a content channel which reproduces broadcast buffering content(317). The ABS transmits a residual data packet to the AMS(321).
