Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing beer having calcium and vitamins to provide people with nutrients which are usually deficient in human bodies and to increase the nation's competitiveness by exporting the alcohol. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing beer containing calcium and vitamins comprises the following steps of: i) preparing 640ml of beer, 150μg RE of vitamin A, 1mg TE of vitamin E, 0.3mg of vitamin B¬1, 1.25μg of vitamin D, 20 mg of vitamin C, 0.4mg of vitamin B¬2, 0.65mg of vitamin B¬6, and 500mg of calcium for unique beer; ii) mixing the beer with vitamin A, B¬1, B¬2, B¬6, C, D, and E and calcium together; and iii) putting the beer containing vitamins and calcium into bottles and packaging them.
