L'invention concerne un dispositif d'éclairage à diode comprenant plusieurs diodes électroluminescentes ou DELs, alignées suivant un axe, associées à une lentille cylindrique, ledit dispositif étant apte à produire une bande lumineuse d'éclairement sensiblement uniforme. Selon l'invention, le système optique comprend, associé à chaque DEL, une lentille boule tronquée disposée de telle manière que la réfraction des rayons lumineux issus du centre de la zone émissive de ladite DEL soit de type aplanétique, et la lentille cylindrique étant une lentille à échelons de Fresnel.
Abstract:
A machine is provided for inspecting a container which is being conveyed along a linear path by a conveyor (12). The machine has spaced right and left hand cabinets (C 1 , C 2 ) in front of the linear path, with the space (23) therebetween being a space in which an operator can stand to be proximate to the linear path. The machine has left hand and right hand inspection stations, each including a mirror assembly (54) and a light source assembly (58). The mirror assembly (54) of one of the inspection stations is located in front of the linear path and the light source assembly (54) of the other inspection station is located in front of the linear path. These front mounted assemblies are pivotally mounted about vertical axes so that they can be pivoted from a closed position proximate the linear path (Fig. 5) to a retracted position away from the linear path (Fig. 6). At the retracted position, an operator can enter the space (23) in the machine and service the inspection stations.
Abstract in simplified Chinese:本发明系关于一种用于量测压铸模(24)中湿气之设备(1)及方法,其模穴(25)系经由一排气管道(31)连接至一排气设备(28)。设备(1)之模块总成可连接至排气管道(31),且包括一传感器总成(S),藉其可量测自模穴(25)排放之气体中湿气。传感器总成(S)包括一发射器(7),其发射电磁辐射,及一侦测器(14),其侦测电磁辐射。基于在排气动作期间获致之量测数值,可判断喷射入模穴(25)中之一水/脱模剂混合物总量是否需在实际铸造动作前修改。
Abstract in simplified Chinese:本创作系一种对象外表面的360度检测设备,包括一承载部、一全向反射模块、一影像截取单元及一发光模块,其中该承载部之顶面能用以承载及运送待检测对象(如:螺帽);该全向反射模块系设在该承载部的上方,包括一中空柱体、复数个第一反射镜及复数个第二反射镜,该等第一反射镜系以一角度环设在该中空柱体的内侧周缘,以能映照出该中空柱体下方之一待检测对象的外表面的360度影像,该等第二反射镜系环设在该中空柱体内的中央位置,以能分别接收该等第一反射镜所反射的影像;该影像截取单元系设在该全向反射模块之上方,以截取该等第二反射镜所反射的影像;如此,业者仅需使用一台影像截取单元,便能拍摄到待检测对象的外表面的360度的完整影像,有效提高了对象外表面的检测广度及精准度,以大幅生产出高品质及高安全性的对象。
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a captured image capable of taking the panoramic view of the edge surface of an observation target over a wide range even if the edge surface of the observation target is subjected to chamfering processing and has high glossiness. SOLUTION: An observation device of the edge surface of the observation target is equipped with: a light diffusion member 11 which is provided with a light diffusing plate for transmitting light and diffusing the transmitted light formed into a bent shape or a curved shape opposite the inner surface for the range extending from the edge surface of an observation target 1 to the surfaces on both the front and back sides connected to that edge surface, and a viewing window 14 which makes it possible to see the edge surface 1a of the observation target from the position of a camera 30 placed on the outside of the diffusing plate; a plurality of LEDs 12 which are arranged on the outer side of the light diffusion member 11 and illuminate the edge surface 1a through the light diffusion member 11; LED 21 and lens 22 which irradiate light in the direction intersecting the direction of the optical axis of the camera 30 which faces the viewing window 14; and a half mirror 23 which reflects light from LED 21 between the camera 30 and the viewing window 14, and irradiates the edge surface 1a through the viewing window 14, and transmits the light reflected from the edge surface 1a to the camera 30 side.
