PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PTP package easy to be checked whether it has contents from its appearance and its manufacturing method, and to provide an inspection method for easily inspecting whether the PTP package has the contents. SOLUTION: The PTP package 10 includes a container body 16 having a pocket 20 for storing the contents 12 and a sheetlike lid 18 for closing an opening of the pocket 20. The depth of the pocket 20 is specified to be shallower than the height of the contents 12. When the contents 12 are put in, the lid 18 is brought into tight contact with the end surface of the contents 12 protruding from the pocket 20. Therefore, the presence of the contents 12 can be easily checked by checking "whether or not the lid 18 swells", or checking "whether or not a pattern A caused by the contact of the contents 12 appears on the surface of the lid 18". Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aluminum foil for packaging with an indication printed which can easily be examined whether a defect such as a hurt exists in an aluminum foil body under indication or not and makes the indication be read easily even when the indication is printed by using an infrared transmittable colored pigment. SOLUTION: In the aluminum foil, the indication of characters, symbols, or the like is printed on the surface of the aluminum foil body. The indication is printed by using a printing ink containing the colored pigment and a white pigment. In the white pigment, the surface of a white pigment body, titanium dioxide, is coated with a synthetic resin film. The diameters of many primary particles of the white pigment body are 20-50 nm. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aluminum foil which has few pin holes, and is excellent in barrier property, further hardly causes blocking, and is excellent in adhesive property with a synthetic resin film, paper, etc. SOLUTION: The aluminum foil is composed of Al or an aluminum alloy containing 98 weight% or more of Al. An oxidized film is formed on the surface of the aluminum foil, and the abrasion powder of Al exists on the surface of the aluminum foil. Because the abrasion powder of Al has a mean diameter of 0.5 to 1.5 μm, and a distribution amount of the abrasion powder of Al is smaller than 15×10 9 pieces/m 2 , and a quantity of (-COO-) existing on the surface of the aluminum foil is smaller than 2%, there are few pin holes in the aluminum foil, its barrier property is excellent, its blocking hardly occurs, and further its adhesive property with the synthetic resin film, paper, etc. using an adhesive is excellent. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize sufficient incombustibility without use of a special bonding agent to which an incombustible agent is added while a polyethylene-naphtharate film is used as a base film of a flexible printed circuit board and a polyulethane system bonding agent is used for bonding between the base film and copper foil, and also to prevent peeling copper foil and conductive pattern from the base film due to deterioration in the etching resistance of the bonding agent layer and adhesive bonding of flexible printed circuit boards during storage or transportation. SOLUTION: The laminated body 10 for flexible printed circuit board comprises a copper foil 1, an underlayer 2 formed of a heat resistant resin formed on one principal surface of the copper foil 1, a bonding agent layer 3 formed of polyulethane system bonding agent provided on the underlayer 2, and a base film 4 formed of polyethylenenaphtharate adhered to the copper foil 1 via the underlayer 2 and bonding agent layer 3. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging aluminum foil, which makes it possible to easily check whether a flaw is present on an aluminum body under a display. SOLUTION: The packaging aluminum foil is applicable to an appearance inspection device, which comprises (1) a lighting means, which irradiates the aluminum foil with light containing infrared rays, (2) an image capturing means, which is sensitive to infrared rays and picks up an image of a surface irradiated by the lighting means, and (3) an image processor, which processes an image signal output from the image capturing means. The display, such as characters or patterns, is printed on the surface of the aluminum foil body, using a printing ink containing a pigment. According to the pigment, a pigment body is coated with a synthetic resin film. Hence the display, which is printed using the printing ink containing the pigment, has superior infrared permeability.
