Abstract: PURPOSE: A thermostat device is provided to properly alleviate the flow incremental amount of cooling liquid corresponding to the moving rate of a main valve body in an initial valve opening step, and to stabilize the temperature of the cooling liquid circulating in a cooling circuit. CONSTITUTION: A thermostat device comprises a cylindrical valve sheet(11), a main valve body(21), and a thermo-sensitive moving body. An annular seal lip is consecutively arranged in the outer circumference of an entry part of the cylindrical valve sheet of the main valve body. When a valve closes, an inner circumference of the cylindrical valve sheet is sealed by the annular seal lip. The annular seal lip is elastically pressure-welded in the inner circumference of the cylindrical valve sheet.

Abstract: A hot water distributor for a heating system is provided to carry out heating operation by forcibly opening a flow channel even in case of blackout by manually operating an indicator of a valve assembly. A hot water distributor includes an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe. A plurality of valve rod guide pipes(22) are integrally formed on the outlet pipe, and a valve hole(26) is formed in a lower portion of the outlet pipe. The valve hole has a valve seat(24). A valve rod(30) is extended from the valve rod guide pipe, and a valve shell(32) is fastened on the lower portion of the outlet pipe. A valve assembly(54) including a joint pipe(56) and a casing(58) is arranged on the outlet pipe. A valve rod(30) extended upwardly from the valve rod guide pipe has a top with a cup(60). A thermally operating unit(62), which is operating through the control of a room thermostat, is disposed on the cup. A piston(64) extended downwardly from the thermally operating unit is arranged to work on the top of the valve rod. The cup has both sides from which L-shaped indicators(68) are extended. Each indicator has an end extended outwardly through a vertical guide port formed at both sides of the joint pipe. Each vertical guide port has a lower end with a horizontal guide port. The end of the indicator extended outwardly from the vertical guide port is drawn downwardly and rotated toward the horizontal guide port such that the valve shell is compulsorily opened, when power is shut off.
