    Abstract: PURPOSE: A recycling method of a polyester/polyethylene film waste and a chip thereof are provided to recycle PET/polyester film waste by manufacturing a polymeric composition chip after directly fusing the PET/PE film waste without separating them into the PET and the PE. CONSTITUTION: A PET/PE film waste is pulverized by using a film pulverizing device. The pulverized PET/PE film waste is injected into a hopper. The temperature gradient is 240, 255, 255, 255, 250°C from the hopper to the extruder end part. The pressure of the extruder is 50~53kgf/cm^2. An extruding process is executed under the condition of 1500~2000rpm screw speed. An extruded product is cooled in the cistern at the temperature of 25~30°C. A polymeric composition chip on pellet is manufactured with a pelletizer.

CONSTITUTION: A composite film and a sheet with self-adhesive property and excellent vapor permeability using fly ash are composed as follows. The composite film is molded by adding and extruding fly ash. The composite film improves permeability using the fly ash. When 10% of the fly ash is added, tensile strength is maximized.
