Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a composite material using paper sludge, and a composite film using the paper sludge are provided to recycle wasted sludge by producing a film, a sheet, or an extrudate with the paper sludge. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a composite material using paper sludge, and a composite film using the paper sludge comprises the following steps: inserting dried sludge and a resin to a mixed extruder, and extruding; cooling the extruded mixture in a water tub in 25~30 deg C; and forming a pellet type chip using a pelletizer. The pressure of the mixed extruder is 50~60 kgf per square centimeters.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polyolefin-based film coated with a conductive polymer provides a polyolefin-based film coated with a conductive polymer having excellent heat junction properties at the edge part without generating a blocking problem in a bag. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polyolefin-based film coated with a conductive polymer, using a dry lamination device spreads the conductive polymer on a grid type copper plate while continuously supplying a polyolefin-based film. The width and length of the grid type copper plate are 10-30 mm, and the depth is 100-250 mesh. The lining rate of the dry lamination device is maintained at 25-30 m/minute. The temperature gradient from the grid type copper plate to the film winding part is maintained at 65, 70, 85, 80, and 70°C.

Abstract: Technology of recycling an anti-static packing material and a film and an application method are provided to inject-mold/extrude/compress the anti-static packing materials and films by making the anti-static packing materials and films into pellets by using an extruder instead of crushing or pulverizing the packing materials and films. Abstract: PURPOSE: An olefin-based polymer is provided to provide molded products having improved surface resistance, tensile strength, tear strength, elongation, impact strength, and constant voltage. CONSTITUTION: An olefin-based polymer is a base resin and is composed of polyolefin based resin, carbon nanotubes and fibrous filter media. The fibrous filter media is composed of natural leather powder having a particle diameter of less than 200 microns. The fibrous filter media comprises 0.3-1.0 part by weight of the carbon nanotube and 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of the natural leather powder based on 100.0 parts by weight of polyolefin resin. The polyolefin resin is polyethylene, polypropylene or polybutylene.

Abstract: 본 발명의 PET/PE 필름 폐기물의 재활용 방법은 PET/PE 필름 폐기물을 필름 분쇄기를 이용하여 대략 가로×세로가 1∼3 ㎜ 정도의 크기로 분쇄하고, 상기 분쇄된 PET/PE 필름 폐기물을 호퍼에 투입하여 호퍼로부터 압출기 단부까지의 온도 구배가 240, 255, 255, 255, 250 ℃이고, 압출기의 압력이 50∼53 kgf/㎠ 이고, 스크류의 속도가 1500∼2000 rpm인 조건하에서 압출하고, 상기 압출물을 25∼30 ℃의 수조에서 냉각시키고, 펠렛타이져(pelletizer)에 의하여 펠렛상의 중합물 칩으로 제조하는 단계로 이루어진다. 상기 호퍼로부터 분쇄된 PET/PE 필름 폐기물이 압출기로 투입될 때, 10∼15 kg/hr의 속도로 투입되도록 상기 호퍼 상부에서 가압하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다. 필요에 따라, 상기 분쇄된 PET/PE 필름 폐기물을 호퍼에 투입할 때 엘라스토머계 수지나 폴리에틸렌 수지를 더 부가하여 압출할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A recycling method of a polyester/polyethylene film waste and a chip thereof are provided to recycle PET/polyester film waste by manufacturing a polymeric composition chip after directly fusing the PET/PE film waste without separating them into the PET and the PE. CONSTITUTION: A PET/PE film waste is pulverized by using a film pulverizing device. The pulverized PET/PE film waste is injected into a hopper. The temperature gradient is 240, 255, 255, 255, 250°C from the hopper to the extruder end part. The pressure of the extruder is 50~53kgf/cm^2. An extruding process is executed under the condition of 1500~2000rpm screw speed. An extruded product is cooled in the cistern at the temperature of 25~30°C.
