The present invention relates to a composite having cell activation efficiency which includes a Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer extract and a Vitis vinifera extract as an active component. More specifically, the cell activation efficiency comprises functions which promote a cell survival rate, recovery for DNA injury, inhibition of cell apoptosis, aperiodicity DNA synthesis, a DNA cut reducing rate, the reduction of DNA contents of a low molecular compound, the reduction of an expression ratio of p53 protein, and the reduction of an expression ratio of p53 dependence protein.

PURPOSE: A composition for osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis prevention and treatment is provided to have no toxic in the rat of chondrocyte and macrophage and prevent the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines. CONSTITUTION: A composition for osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis prevention and treatment is made after mixing 150 parts by weight of kalopanax pictus, 650-750 parts by weight of quince, 50-150 parts by weight of angelica sinensis, 50-150 parts by weight of ginger, 50-150 parts by weight of raphanus sativus, 150-250 parts by weight of saururus chinensis or dried mixed extracts from the ingredients above. And the extracts are active ingredients to the composition. The composition has a function for preventing inflammatory cytokine and matrix metalloproteinase (MMPs), inflammation and pain and normalizing the structure of joint and enhancing the activity of chondrogenesis factor.
