Abstract:
A line for the continuous treatment of a fabric in open width, adapted to perform shrinkage and swelling of said fabric, comprising means for movement of the fabric (19) and a chamber (11, 111, 211, 311) for steaming and simultaneous vibration into which the textile is fed and from which it is extracted, in said chamber (11, 111, 211, 311) there being present: - means (22) for delivering steam into the chamber (11, 111, 211, 311), - a plurality of accumulation supports (18) for the fabric exposed to the steam, - vibration means (25) adapted to transmit vibrations to the supports (18) and consequently to the fabric contained therein.
Abstract:
The processing line for processing a continuous open width fabric (T) comprises in sequence: a feeder (3) for the fabric (T) to be processed; an intensive vaporization station (13); a shrinking and softening station (33) with opposite impact walls (47, 49), between which a pneumatic transport member (35) for the fabric is arranged, which gives the fabric under processing an alternating motion between the opposite impact walls and a gradual movement of passage through the shrinking and softening station; a collection group (81) for collecting the processed fabric exiting from the shrinking and softening station.
Abstract:
The machine comprises: a transport system (3) for transporting the fabric (T); at least one impact structure (5A, 5B) arranged in front of one end of the transport system for transporting the fabric; an accumulation area (17A, 17B) of the fabric associated to the impact structure. In the transport system blowing members (51 B) are provided so as to generate a support air flow from the bottom towards the fabric, in order to support the fabric during the motion along the transport system (3).
Abstract:
The machine has a path for passage of fabric in rope form (T) with a transfer system (7), such as a pneumatic system. Along the path said fabric (T) passes through a plurality of accumulation areas (3A, 3B; 3C, 3D; 3E, 3F) with alternate motion.
Abstract:
A machine is disclosed for the continuous washing of fabric (T), comprising means (3) for introducing the fabric to be treated into said machine, means (5) for extracting the treated fabric from said machine and, between said means of introduction and said means of extraction, a treatment tank. It comprises at least two fabric treatment tanks (7, 9) arranged in series with respect to the overall direction of advance of the fabric (T) through the machine and, between said at least two tanks (7, 9), means of reversible transfer (11) that transfer said fabric from the first tank (7) to the second tank (9) and back again.
Abstract:
The machine for the superficial abrasive treatment of fabrics comprises means (B1, B2, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11) for feeding the fabric (T) for treatment and for pressing said fabric against an abrasive means (29; 51) which exerts an abrasive action on said fabric. The abrasive means comprises one or more blocks (33, 34, 35, 36; 51) of a natural, artificial or synthetic cellular or honeycombed abrasive material; the relative velocity between the active surface of the abrasive means and the fabric is between 10 and 60 m/min.
Abstract:
Machine and method for softening and shrinking a fabric (T), preferably a knitted fabric, the method provides for pulling or pushing the fabric (T) in a pneumatic transport tunnel (15), through air flows below and/or above the fabric, alternatively towards opposite impact structures (16, 17), against which the fabric impacts; the directions of these air flows are inclined relative to the horizontal, so as to create a resulting horizontal component of the air push or pull on the fabric (T) allowing to move it. The method characteristically provides for a step wherein the resulting horizontal component of the air push or pull on the fabric (T) is null, i.e. wherein the air invests the fabric without moving it towards a respective impact structure.
