The essentially cylindrical abrasive member is constituted by a drum rotating about its axis, along the periphery of which abrasive rollers rotating about their respective axes are mounted.
Abstract:
The present invention refers to a process for the discontinuous treatment of bolts of fabric (1) preferably in string forms by means of a machine (10) comprising a pneumatic conveyer (3) for conveying the fabric (1), an impact grid (40), a rotary inclinable collection basket (5), a pivoting synchronization platform (6), wherein a stream of air, suitably conditioned in relation to the treatment, is utilized and made to pass transversally through the basket (5) so as to carry out the drying, steaming and cooling of the fabric (1), under any possible sequence and combination of operations, and of fabrics made up of fibres of different nature as well.
Abstract:
Drying machine for continuous fabric, comprising A) an initial accumulation station in which the fabric is adapted to enter the machine from the outside, continuously and in open width, with a first speed, and a final accumulation station from which the fabric is adapted to exit toward the outside of the machine, continuously and in open width, with the same said first speed; B) a drying tunnel between said accumulation stations through which the fabric in open width is adapted to pass; C) a device for alternated movement of the fabric between said two accumulation stations, inside said tunnel, with a second movement speed greater with respect to said first speed so as to accumulate fabric alternately on said two accumulation stations, wherein said alternated movement device comprises a bell and a rotating roller arranged inside said bell, said roller being adapted to reverse its direction of rotation, said roller having an inner cavity and a cylindrical surface provided with a plurality of passages toward said inner cavity, the cylindrical surface of said roller and the inner surface of said bell defining between them at least part of said drying tunnel, said fabric being arranged in open width on said cylindrical surface of said roller, said fabric being arranged freely on said roller, in said tunnel and in said accumulation stations; D) a hot air system comprising an air heating station, operatively connected on the delivery side with said drying tunnel, said system also comprising a suction duct for drawing air from inside said roller toward an area outside said tunnel, so that the hot air passes through said tunnel, enters said roller through said passages striking the fabric arranged on said roller, at least partially drying it, and exits from said roller outside said tunnel.
Abstract:
The machine provides a path (3) for feed of the fabric with a transfer system, for example a pneumatic system. Along the aforesaid path the fabric can be treated in rope form or in open width according to the machine settings.
Abstract:
The machine comprises in combination: means (7) for supplying the fabric (T); means (9) for extracting the fabric; at least one first tank (1) and one second tank (3) which are positioned in series and between which a pneumatic transfer member (5) for transferring the fabric alternately from the first tank to the second tank and vice versa is arranged. The pneumatic transfer member is pivotable so as to assume at least two positions depending on the direction of feeding of the fabric through said pivoting transfer member.
Abstract:
Machine for drying and shrinking a continuous fabric, comprising - a treatment chamber, - a feeding path for continuously feeding the fabric into said chamber, - air heating means, suitable to heat and move air, - a plurality of moving and drying devices for moving and drying the fabric, arranged in series along said path, inside said chamber, each device comprising - a rotating roller provided with an inner cavity and with a cylindrical surface provided with a plurality of passages towards said inner cavity, said roller being suitable to be partially wound by said fed fed fabric, so that said roller, while rotating, brings said fabric with itself, - a hot air diffuser, that is operatively connected to the delivery pipe of said air heating means, and is arranged near said roller in the fabric winding area, - suction means for sucking air from the inside of said roller towards the outside of said treatment chamber, so that air coming from a respective said diffuser is sucked from the space between said diffuser and said roller towards the inside of the roller, passing through the passages provided on the cylindrical surface of the roller and consequently crossing the fabric arranged on the roller, - a vibrating basin for each pair of consecutive moving devices, on which the fabric moving between said two consecutive moving devices can be deposited.
Abstract:
A machine for continuous washing of fabric in rope form, comprising two or more wash tanks (11, 12), including an initial wash tank (11) in which the fabric (T) is designed to enter at a first speed (V1) and a final wash tank (12) from which the fabric is designed to exit at the same said first speed (V1), fabric being accumulate in said wash tanks. The machine also comprises means for alternate movement (19) of the fabric between at least two consecutive wash tanks (11, 12) with a second movement speed (V2), greater with respect to said first speed (V1), in such a manner as to alternately accumulate fabric in said two consecutive wash tanks (11, 12). There is present at least one pivoted transit duct (22, 23, 24, 25) through which the fabric is designed to pass during passage inside the machine and along which the wash water is designed to flow, the oscillation of the pivoted transit duct (22, 23, 24, 25) controls the reversal of the fabric movement.
Abstract:
A machine is disclosed for processing pieces of textile fabrics comprising a rotating drum (50) characterized by a further internai element (52) essentially coaxial with said drum, with dimensions suitable to contain the textile fabric loaded in the volume between the rotating drum (50) and the internal element (52), to prevent constrictions or knots from forming in said textile fabric.
