PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new feature transformation apparatus which can recognize activities of subjects in adaptation to each individual and improves recognition accuracy. SOLUTION: The feature transformation apparatus includes a section that acquires respective prescribed activity data of at least one reference individual and a subject when the one or more reference individuals and the subject perform a prescribed activity, a section extracting a reference individual feature of the one or more reference individuals and a subject feature of the subject, a calculation section calculating at least one standard feature based on the one or more reference individual features, a section calculating a transform matrix between the standard feature and the subject feature, a section acquiring recognition object activity data when the subject performs a recognition object activity, a section extracting the object feature of the subject from the recognition object activity data of the subject, and a section transforming a recognition object feature of the recognition object activity data using the transform matrix. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact type information management/charging system achieved in miniaturization or the like by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The non-contact type information management/charging system includes: a mobile communication terminal having a non-contact communication IC module including a non-contact communicating antenna and a non-contact charging module including a power receiving coil; a reader/writer performing the transfer of data with the non-contact communication IC module; and a power supply device performing non-contact charging to the non-contact charging module by an electromagnetic induction system. A communication face of the reader/writer and a power supply face of the power supply device are oppositely disposed apart from each other at a prescribed distance. The communication terminal includes the non-contact communicating antenna at one face side of two faces facing each other of a casing in the mobile communication terminal includes the power receiving coil at the other face side of the casing, and includes an electromagnetic shield between the non-contact communicating antenna and the other face side. SOLUTION: An information processing system includes: an acquisition unit which acquires frequency power information of a voice inputted at a mobile terminal having a voice communication function, and position information of a base station device that relayed voice communication of the mobile terminal when the voice was inputted; a storage unit which stores the acquired frequency power information and the acquired position information in association with each other; an acceptance unit which accepts designation of an area; and an output unit which identifies the position information related to the designated area, acquires the frequency power information associated with the identified position information with reference to the storage unit, obtains a stress level of a user of the mobile terminal in the designated area based on frequency power information of a frequency greater than or equal to a threshold value within the acquired frequency power information, and outputs the stress level in association with the designated area. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture nanowires through low-temperature processes. SOLUTION: Implementations of encapsulated nanowires are disclosed. A substrate having a surface layer is provided, and the nanowires are produced by patterning the surface layer to form nanometer-sized features, disposing conductive material in the nanometer-sized features to form the nanowires on the substrate, removing the surface layer and disposing an insulating material on the nanowires. The operation information of the two-dimensional coordinate system relating to the object is received from the input device. It is judged whether or not the operation information follows the predetermined rule. When the operation information does not follow the predetermined rule, the xy-coordinate value of the object is updated according to the operation information. When the operation information follows the predetermined rule, the z-coordinate value of the object is updated according to the operation information.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel power generation system and a novel power generation method utilizing an electric line facility.SOLUTION: This power generation system includes a support part 4 for supporting a power transmission line 2 disposed on a transmission line tower 1 and a power generation part 5. The support part 4 includes a support line 41 one end of which is connected to the power transmission line 2 and a rotary bodies rotated in a manner cooperating with the support line 41. The power generation part 5 generates electric power by the movement of the support line 41 relative to the rotary bodies from the initial position by the tension of the power transmission line 2.
