PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques for packet routing in an on-chip network. SOLUTION: A method for routing packets in a multi-core processor including multiple cores connected by an on-chip network includes identifying ports that are incorrect while routing the packet. After receiving the packet at an input port, some of the ports are excluded from consideration while selecting the output port for the packet. The output port is selected from the remaining ports and the packet is routed to the selected output port. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical touch sensor for solving a problem that a structure is complicated and low in flexibility in a shape concerning conventional technology. SOLUTION: Provided is an optical touch sensor including: an optical path 3 through which light propagates; a metal layer 1 disposed on the optical path 3; a flexible touch key 2 to contact with the metal layer 1 when bent; an incident light reflecting surface 4 to make the light that propagates through the optical path 3 incident on the metal layer 1 at an incident angle at which surface plasmon resonance is generated when the metal layer 1 and the touch key 2 are separated from each other; and a detector 5 to detect reflected light from the metal layer 1 and determine that the touch key 2 is pressed in the case that the intensity of the reflected light is increased. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphene structure in which graphene is patterned with high precision so that an electronic device element and an electronic device can be fabricated precisely by using the graphene and the production costs of the electronic device element and the electronic device can be reduced remarkably and to provide a method for producing the graphene structure. SOLUTION: A resist film is patterned precisely on a substrate, a hydrophilized film is formed in an opening of the resist film, GO (graphene oxide) is selectively and chemically bonded/fixed to only a portion of the hydrophilized film by means of the hydrophilicity of the GO and the bonded/fixed GO is deoxidized to obtain such the graphene structure that the graphene is fixed selectively to only the portion of the hydrophilized film. In other words, the graphene structure comprises that the graphene is arranged on the substrate and a hydrophilized bond is formed between the graphene and the hydrophilized portion on the substrate and/or between the graphene and the portion other than a hydrophobilized portion on the substrate.
