Abstract: A tool developed to clip on the vertical-building members (ie: studs) to facilitate dispensing of electrical wire and plastic water lines as well as provide scaffold and workbench capabilities for those trades working in building construction pri or to the wallboard installation stage. "Stud Clips" technology was developed as a means to provide competitive advantages to the worker through increased safety, better work efficiency an d less physical wear and tear on the worker. Stud Clip anchors to vertical building members by fastening around the specific building members via preformed metal that slides horizontally and across on to the stud or build members and is then twisted forward to the 45 degree position which holds the tool in place via two side and end flaps as well as forward and/ or rear anchor teeth (preceding model type). Once in place Stud Clip provides hooks for electrician's "roll bars"; dispensing rollers for plumber's plastic water lines; scaffold brackets for temporary required planking and workbenches to assist all workers with their day-to-day duties.

Abstract: The system uses a base 1 and an overlay 2 having two related grids, the base and overlay comprising complimentary colours or filters. By movement of overlay over the base, a change in colour occurs where the two coincide. The overlay may be transparent and removably coloured with a marker.

Abstract: This invention relates to a printing method and apparatus for implementing the method and, in particular, a method of performing ultra-violet print techniques for altering the appearance of a surface of a medium using solvent-free, UV-curable ink. The apparatus includes an ink- discharging print head that direct ink at a surface to be treated and a diode that directs UV radiation at the surface in a frequency range selected for causing curing of the ink. The apparatus preferably also contains a marking detector that locates undesired markings on the surface for obliteration using the ink.

Abstract: An attenuated poliovirus in which the 5' non-coding region of the genome is: (a) the 5' non-coding region of poliovirus type 3 Leon strain modified by the provision of the bases uracil and adenine at positions 472 and 537 thereof respectively, or (b) the 5' non-coding region of another poliovirus modified by the provision of the bases uracil and adenine at respective positions corresponding to position 472 and 537 of the 5' non-coding region of poliovirus type 3 Leon strain.
