Abstract: A method for providing a search service automatically including a search result for hierarchical subordinated patent classification codes through range search is provided to output the search result including the lower patent classification codes hierarchically subordinated to a patent classification code and support range search introduced to prevent degradation of search speed when the patent classification code is included in a query.
