Abstract: The present invention relates to a method to provide patent information including patent troll information and a patent information system thereof. According to the present invention, a patent information processing method of the patent information system comprises the steps of: (A) receiving a first patent set sharing preset one or more patent set attributes; (B) receiving a second patent set composed of the second patents having preset one or more patent relation attributes with the first patents for each of the first patents with respect to one or more first patents included in the first patent set; and (C) performing preset patent relationship analysis by targeting only the second patent set or establishing a relation between the first patent set and the second patent set, wherein the patent relation attributes are one or more selected among an event relationship, a citation relationship, a similar patent relationship, preset one or more manager designated relationships and preset one or more user designated relationships, and preset one or more pieces of assessment information are included in one or more between the first patents and the second patents.
